After numerous calls , texts , emails , etc , to my former tenant , I had enough and did my best giving her a chance to get her stuff but to no avail and now it's time to blitz. I called them , sent them all the info , they came to check the situation and was there with the truck the next day . In less then 4 hours all that sh#t was gone and they did a neat clean job and no mess or damage to apt . Hope I am not in this scenario again but if I am , I will call blitz in Astoria asap . 4.5 stars on my yelp meter.

Claimed to be a cleaning company and claimed he was a general contractor. looked him up on the DOB, and he's not listed. Promised to return and fix the problems and finish unfinished work never did. He manipulated more money out of me and attempted to right before the start of the job. He also offered fake discounts and never followed through and manipulated money out of me. I should have gone with my reference instead of this manipulative person who is one of many in this industry who fleece people. If you look at his pictures he is using junk lugger's photos. As a small woman I felt pressured and intimidated. He then proceeded to hit on me. As a woman and human being, I don't recommend this sham company. He added 10 years to his age in order to impress me. After looking him up on Google after weeks of trying to chase him down to get him to finish the work promised after taking a deposit he got the money he wanted for no work. Do not trust this guy. I would recommend anyone else besides him Please be careful. Many people in this industry lie.

Cyrique and Cordel do solid work- their prices are always under the competition. So the choice is made for me
