They are excellent at asking you if you need any additional help and giving advice on future plans (for example, I want to add more plants and vegetables in my yard, and they are knowledgeable). As an adjuster he gets you the money from the insurance company that will cover your losses. But as a person of relaying information to you from the insurance company, he is a disaster . Had a fit in the Kitchen in Jan. 1021. Has a lot of smoke damage in which most of the contents of the house were emptied into a pod in the driveway. The pod needed a permit in which it was Larry's job as a Public Adjuster to advise the home owner to apply for a permit with the town. Larry M. did not do this. Blamed everyone for not acquiring the permit. Subsaquintly I was issued a summons on the pod which I fortunately had dismissed. The real resulting problem came right after this. I had to start repairing and replacing damaged items from the fire. With most of my belongings in the pod, it would have been a simple task. Had to replace carpeting with hard wood floors and to paint the entire house. The Insurance company adjuster told Larry M. that, because there were no permits issued on the pod, that the contents either had to be removed and placed into storage, or removed and placed into two rooms of my house. That is not how this wend down. I was told by Larry M. I had to get permits for the work to be completed on the house, which is a big lie, because there was no structural damage, and no plumbing or electrical work. Larry M. also stated to me that the contents had to be placed back into the house. I had no choice with the information relayed to me by Larry M. but to put the contents back into the 2 rooms. NEVER let Larry M. relay information to you. Get it directly from the horses mouth. This cost me months in which I could not start repairs. Now the contents has to be taken out by a contracted mover and placed into storage. The insurance company knows the truth as to what transpired and is paying for the removal and storage while the repairs are being done. Pictures of wall to wall boxes and furniture should be visible. I DO NOT recommend Larry M. to anyone attempting to hire a public adjuster from Anton Adjusting.

Brian walked us through our policy and explained to us in details what is covered and how to approach the insurance company. We discovered that we were under insured and to rebuild our restaurant, we need double what our policy would pay out. Fortunately, with Brian's help, we managed to squeeze an additional 50% more from insurance; which reduces the amount by thousands of dollars to rebuild! Exceptional service answered all our questions ~ box truck arrived timely as they do several pick ups a day from various locations and have to bring the debris to various scrap yards. So any client should understand you will have a timeframe to which they will be arriving setting up and then the box truck arrives and is filled. It will leave an empty It's contents and come back if necessary removing everything from our property. It is now being gutted for a complete renovation. The contractor hired Bestway Carting. They had a 40 yard dumpster on the street for a week. This morning at 3:15am they decided to pick up the dumpster. I can't imagine the decision making that goes into this. 3am in the middle of the night, making so much noise that the entire neighborhood is talking about this. Very, very inconsiderate. I would never hire these people. Obviously, money comes before anything.
