Let me start by saying that I interviewed seven roofing companies. One offering the Ygreen scam. I call it a scam because the authorized companies Ygreen has chosen are charging DOUBLE what the FMV is for new Roof, and New Impact Windows and Doors. Other Roofing companies listed on Angies, and Home Advisors had no interest in my wanting to pay CASH for a new roof. They wanted me to scam my Homeowners Insurance. Hence the God Sent recommendation from a neighbor to call Canopy. I am a Detail Focused person. I am NOT OCD, but I am focused on details and big on process. And Canopy went beyond my expectations as to both. From tear down of the old, to the finished new roof. Immaculate finishes and incredible work ethic. It is not easy seeing a massive tarp covering your in ground pool. But Canopy did it during tear down to assure none of the old chips and chunks of the old materials fell into it. When done I could not find any pieces of the old tile anywhere on my property! Super Clean. I highly recommend Fede, Claudia, Melvin, Osmany from the Canopy Team. FYI, they were priced the same as others. See my pictures. One key detail.... they paint all the aluminum vents same color as the tile. This is only required in the city of Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay. But Canopy does it on every install. Looks amazing. See my pictures. read more

I recently hired Canopy Roofing to do my roof. I'm not giving 5 stars for any small reason, Federico knows what customer service is all about. He did what he said he would do, no hidden BS. He went over the contract in detail with me and he took nothing personal when I admittedly got a little rude to him over a misunderstanding which wasn't his fault. I was just looking for any faults in him (south Florida is a den of snakes) but he was outstanding in his treatment towards me and getting my roof replaced. I was paranoid in spending money on roof replacement because I didn't know him. But i gave him a chance and he earned his 5 stars easily. He got the job done quickly. The roof is gorgeous. NO DRAMA between the workers and me. He kept me updated. I could call him after hours. Sent me pictures. Sent me govt documents I would request. Only reason for any wait was because of tile production and delivery to my house which he told me before I even signed the contract. If you're like me, distrustful of south Floridian construction workers, go with Canopy Roofing. They do an honest job and deserve the business. read more

Highly Qualified and Professional I was very please to select Canopy Roofing as my roofers. The roofing crew arrived as scheduled and on time ready to work diligently on the roof. Federico Ambrosini, CEO / Co-Founder and Melvin Sabillion, President / Co-Founder kept in contact throughout the entire job and they were very professional. From start to finish all the workers from Canopy Roofing were fast, pleasant personality, hard workers, efficient, reliable and most of all clean. I am very impressive on how hard working this team is. Once the permit was pulled, Canopy Roofing immediately started the job and knocked it out within a couple of days and the building inspector approved the work the next day. I am so happy and please with my new roof. I know that I can always rely on excellent work from Canopy Roofing. I never felt so at ease and comfort the way Canopy Roofing has made me feel. I am 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Canopy Roofing for future work. Thanks read more

I contacted Canopy Roofing for my leaky roof because of their high rating. They responded to my message right away and sent out a specialist to inspect my roof in less than 24 hours. Juan arrived early, after calling me and making sure it would be ok, and provided me with excellent service. He inspected the roof and gave me recommendations, spending far more time explaining everything to me than I would have expected, despite determining that his company was not the right company to take care of my issue (they don't do metal roofs). He was friendly and knowledgeable and because of him and the responsiveness of their company, along with their high ratings, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who doesn't have a metal roof! read more

Canopy Roofing should get 10 stars, not 5!! Frederico was very professional and patient, explained everything clearly and no pressure to contract. Once the work started, Claudia communicated daily every step of the way and did a lot of hand-holding to reduce anxiety of the customer throughout the entire process from start to finish. They also sent photos daily of the process. Communication skills are as important in business as the actual work and they were fantastic. The work crew were great. heroic actually. Hardworking, quiet, clean, respectful, diligent, and quick. They knew what they were doing and were diligent. I'm so glad that after interviewing many companies, I made the right choice with Canopy Roofing. read more

Thank you very much Federico and Canopy Roofing for the amazing job. We love how our roof looks now after Hurricane Irma damaged it. Federico managed the city permits and inspections in a very professional way also he sent photos and reports to let us know how everything was done up in the roof. He fought with the tile provider in order to get our tile as soon as possible knowing that there was a super hight demand. Super efficient, reliable and friendly but the most important PROFESSIONAL! He also sent us a present to show us gratitud for our business, that never happen in Miami, so outstanding contractor all the way. Mil gracias Federico! read more

Recently due to very heavy rain my roof developed a small leak in the master bathroom. I called Canopy and spoke to Claudia who is wonderful by the way. Claudia said Fredrico would be out first thing in the morning. I called Canopy late in the day. By the way Fredrico is the owner. The next day Fredrico was at my door step with his assistant Alex. In minutes they had traced the leak. Fredrico advised me not to worry and that a crew would be out shortly. Leak repaired promptly and professionally. I can not recommend Canopy enough. The company is family owned and operated. Canopy cares about there customers and it shows. read more

I have been out of town on a work assignment. At first I was very hesitant about sending someone out to my home while I was away. The project manager made sure I had all of necessary documents and brochures. Hurricane Irma came through during the last stages of the project. Crew members made sure everything was put in safe location until the storm passed. Project manager provided wonderful service and communication to my family before during and after project completion. Canopy Roofing did a phenomenal job! I would definitely do business with them again. Great job guys!!! read more

Professional Experience from the start! Contacted by Alex who came out to review job and was on time! From the initial proposal process they stood out from the others. Price was fair but service and response was my deciding factor. Once proposal was accepted Claudia was setting up repair and communicated every step. Team came in completed repair in one day and Alex also came by to check on job. Pictures sent, clean up done and follow up on satisfaction verified. Thanks Alex, Claudia and Team! We hired Canopy to repair my hole roof and they did an excellent job. Kept me posted on the delivery of materials, to have everything ready for the starting date. They came every day early in the morning, and left in the afternoon, and some times late until they finished covering the parts that were discovered that morning. They cleaned everyday the woking area, and worked organized. I have to say the team was always helpful, respectful and hard workers. We passed every inspections with no problems. I highly recommend this company. read more

Canopy roofing did an incredible job on our full roof replacement. They were very quick from start to finish - there was a large crew at our home every day of the project. They showed great attention to detail and did incredible work. We have an exposed beam ceiling in one room of our house and the foreman made sure to come inside and cover that room in plastic to protect our furniture. Our new roof looks fantastic. Good communication and professionalism throughout. They even cleaned up everything at the end. Highly recommend! read more

I am so glad we chose Canopy Roofing. Our new Tile Roof is Amasingly Beautiful. They were there for us every step of the way. Including having to evacuate during the hurricane. They secured all the elements of construction. The roof survived Irma with no leaks and not 1 tile broken. Federico keeps you informed from the time of permitting till the finished product. Canopy roofing gets my highest possible rating - this is simply one of the best companies that I have dealt with in South Florida. Specifically, Federico was the most attentive, patient, and responsive businessman that I have ever interacted with. From start to finish, he was in constant communication and answered all of my (many!) questions. His customer service is off the charts and always aims to please. Canopy was very good from beginning to end. Juan came out for our first meeting. He was knowledgeable, polite and seemed like a good guy. Helped us schedule at a time, months in the future, that worked for us. The time came and Melvyn arrived with his crew. He was also excellent at his job. Clean up was detailed and thorough. Thanks Melvyn. Really everything was good. Nobody likes to spend a bundle, but I really felt I'd made a good investment in my roof. Highly recommended. Josh B. read more
