After a complete and thorough assessment of my entire yard, he gave me an excellent price for the removal of several trees and pruning of a few others. On the day of the project Christian and his crew came out and did the work in record time. They even removed some branches from my yard that were left over from a couple of small trees I had previously cut myself at no additional charge! He explained what was going on and offered a few options with an assessment of how likely they would be to save the tree. Unfortunately the high heat and dry weather stressed this tree enough to attract Ambrosia beetles. They had infested the tree. It was only a matter of weeks before it completely died. Decided to have them remove the tree and grind the stump. Stuart gave me a quote immediately and was able to have a team out the next day. Guys show up a little early, super professional. Got the job done and cleaned up in abounds hour. If the tree can be saved they will. If not, they can remove it before it becomes a problem. Highly recommended.

I just happened to try them on a card that they left outside my mailbox, and I am sooooo glad I did! Orlando and Oscar went beyond and above. I was looking at just getting a ton of brush removed around my house the Tornado a ways back left me! Seriously these guys are honest, trustworthy and we're there when they said they would be. Because they were there they gave me a great deal on taking down 3 trees....but ended up trimming a ton of others and just doing me right! I tried to get a couple locals to quote me the job who told me they'd call me within a couple hours to give me a quote. (I'm still waiting on it! HA!) Honestly I could've paid much much more JUST removing the trees but this team had it down pat! I could not be happier and more pleased with the job they did. Call Orlando/Oscar...you absolutely will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you Orlando and team for all you did and being one of those companies that still believe in going above and beyond! I will call y'all again when I have additional work to be done. You can count on it!

A neighbor had used them for a few tree removal services, so I thought I would give them a shot. They came by my house in Smyrna, Georgia and started working immediately. The very professional part about their tree removal business was they were dressed in uniform with the company logo, you could tell everyone liked their boss. Polo was very clear about which trees and stumps they were going to grind and actually went even above and beyond with his service. I didn't realize tree removal needed such heavy machinery such as a Bobcat and a chipper, which Polo brought both. For all this he quoted me a very fair price competitive with all of his competition. The best part of all was they left the yard spotless, picked up extra branches and pieces of wood and left the place looking better than it did when the tree was there! I will definitely use 3-G trees again for any more large old trees that need to be removed at my Atlanta houses!

On the day of my appointment I met Milton and Raphael who promptly arrived at the time of my appointment. They made sure I understood the process as well (i.e, stump grinding and how it is handled by a third party who will come on a later date, how they planned on removing the trees, etc.) they're very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! You can tell Milton has A LOT of experience and reliable references. The great part of Milton being so knowledgeable is the way he explained everything for me (who knows nothing about trees or tree service) he made it so easily for me to understand. On the day of removal they arrived promptly, Raphael knocked on my door to let me know they were going to begin the job. I HAVE NEVER WATCHED SUCH AN AMAZING PROCESS IN ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING. I allowed they to drop the trees on my yard for a faster process, and my goodness was it fast! They roped up the first tree, dropped it and while some of the crew was working on the fallen tree, the rest started roping the next tree. Both of my large trees were down faster than I anticipated. Clean up was beautiful, and thorough to me, they went above and beyond. For them, that's the service that every client should receive and deserves. The saying you get what you pay for rings true for A-Plus, and their name is the service they provide, A-Plus! Stump grinding was scheduled for two days later, and they did a great job as well.
