They made my first trip to Burgess Falls amazing. I love their pink theme and the story behind their mascot. The meeting area is easy to find by GPS and there's signs as you get close. Small parking area. After going over the rules, we get on their bus to get to the destination. Kayak training is provided and then you're off. They encouraged us to enjoy the experience and take our time. We never felt rushed. Free to explore at your own leisure. The kayaking part was easy and not taxing. Wildlife present to see. Once you get close to the falls you have to walk about 10 minutes to the falls. Very rocky area. Make sure you have good shoes. I wore water shoes and I'd recommendjust wearing sneakers or those good for trails that you don't mind getting wet because I felt everything in those water shoes. Lol. They had their own challenge of keeping the area clean by collecting trash rhat you can participate in if you wished. At the falls - you got to kayak around or stand in the water and/or under the falls and Tara will take pics of you that she'll later send for free. Amazing shots. Breathtaking falls. It was a blast and refreshing! Once you return back to the starting point they have their own portable potties that you can use and a shed to change your clothes in. Plus, personal care items are available for use. There is a small gift shop too. Everything about the experience was professional from start to finish! I highly recommend you take this tour!

For nearly $1,000 per month, one would reasonably expect a campground to be properly maintained,…read moreespecially when it comes to the safety of its guests and their property. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience at Spacious Skies Belle Ridge. Throughout the campground, there are numerous dead and deteriorating treetops that pose a serious safety hazard. These are not isolated incidents or unpredictable concerns. Dead treetops have repeatedly fallen, causing damage to campers, vehicles, and even a cabin. Despite these repeated incidents, campground management has refused to accept responsibility, instead dismissing the damage as an act of nature. However, when hazardous trees are visibly deteriorating and concerns have been repeatedly reported, it raises serious questions about preventative maintenance and accountability. Other guests and I have personally brought these concerns to the attention of both campground management and Blue Water, yet our warnings have seemingly been ignored. Rather than taking meaningful action to address these known hazards, management continues to disregard the potential consequences. My greatest concern is that the next falling treetop won't just damage property--it will seriously injure or kill someone. It should not take a tragedy for campground management or its corporate representatives to recognize the seriousness of this situation. Guests should be able to enjoy their stay without worrying about preventable hazards, especially when paying premium monthly rates. This review is not simply about property damage or financial responsibility. It is about the safety of every family, child, and guest who stays at this campground. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses these hazards before someone gets hurt.

First the Ugly. This is a rustic range. There are no bells and whistles (well there is 1 but I…read morewill get to that). The buildings are made from sawmill lumber that give a great down to earth feel to the place. All of the customers that I have met there are nice and polite. The employees are very professional without being stuffy about it. The rifle range only goes out to 200 yards, which is far enough for just about all hunters as well as far enough out for a fair amount of just fun target shooting. The pistol lanes are semi-enclosed. By that I mean there is overhead cover as well as walls separating every 3 lanes. The furthest you can back up is about 20 yards which is plenty for pistols. There is a shoot house (probably the only real bell or whistle here). It can play generic music and noises as well as anything you have on your smart phone, or other digital device. They have go-pro's that you can use to record your adventure through the house. Since it sits down in a hollow spectators can watch from a birds eye view safely. There are also trap and archery areas that I have not used as of yet. All in all this is a very nice range to go to. As a side note for those with children just call them up and ask if your child can shoot. From my experience if there is a very young child on the line that isn't an issue provided there is at least one adult with them at all times who is not shooting (so two parents with 1 child is fine, provided only one parent is firing at any given time). I am not sure what the youngest age is so it is best to call them up. For thoes who like to watch watermelons, apples, oranges and the like get shot - there is an area here where that can be done safely. They do not allow any targets that cannot be easily removed to be shot - so no bottles, cans, T.V.'s and the like. I attended the Tennessee carry class (the class needed to get your concealed carry permit). I scheduled this about 3 days earlier and I was the only one in the class! So for all intents I had a 4 hour class one-on-one with the instructor. This was great partly because the class didn't have to have a certain number of people or get canceled (I am told they never cancel a class and they are able to teach it every day of the work week) and partly because I was able to ask more detailed questions without feeling like I am slowing down the others in the class.

In town for a week and went to shoot here. 10$ for the whole day. Woman at check in counter was polite. Since it's 10$ a day we took a lot of ammo with us and spent close to 5 hours there. Not just shooting but meeting and talking to some interesting people. Some who have never been outside of rural Tennessee so meeting an outsider from New York who shoots was something different for them. As far as the range there's rifle with points at 50,100 and 200 yards. 2 large pistol ranges, a shotgun pit, a shoot house, trap and I think archery as well. The place is large. So large that you'll drive from the office to the pistol range. I enjoyed it so much there I went a second time. So if you in middle Tennessee and looking for a place to shoot this is your place.
