To have this type of rock climbing facility is incredible and in our small rural area. About 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, it's in the Blue Ridge area of Taylors. Inside is incredible. Whether you want the kids to wear out some energy or just a fun date, I highly recommend it!

Most kids are young (toddlers and older toddlers) so it's a safe fun environment for the little ones. The concession stand is similar to a Movie theatre. We always grab an Icee On the way out for the ride home. We drive from Spartanburg here- it's that fun.

This place is awful. I live near here and the smell is awful. Idk if they don't properly care for…read moretheir animals or what. I've had several captive animals pop up in my front yard from there. I understand sometimes animals get out but if your a zoo that charges for your business you should invest it into upkeep of containments, clean up, and the ridiculous traffic that stops up this little area making it miserable for those that live near by to have a life around the holidays! It's been suggested for years for this establishment to get traffic control but they don't and they smear the roads with nasty thick mud at the exit that makes a dangerous roadway for those that live near by and let's not talk about the hassle of getting home from work when the do the ridiculous light show they charge an astronomical amount for that is a joke.... The newest things they are trying is glamping (seriously?!?! The amount of stench and flies is ridiculous) and also was told they are holding some kind medieval festival there... good lawd....There is reason all the big cats and animals have passed away and not been replaced do your research. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pretty impressive array of lights. Really recommend getting there early or packing a cooler with…read moresnacks and being prepared to wait in traffic for an hour before you even get into the park. The lights were beautiful but there was a lot of confusion when driving of where you were actually supposed to go. Also there were long stretches of areas that were dark. We could see structures strung up with lights but they weren't turned on for some reason. Having seen a lot of lights displays I thought this one was decent, but definitely overpriced. I think they should charge per car vs per person and maybe there would be less traffic.

My brother in law and father in law took me to the batting cages for the first time in years…read more Luckily this review isn't about my batting skills. It would be one star. The Strike Zone is a cool little place in Greer. They have tunnels for rent to get reactive pitching and hitting and of course the batting cages. You can select from slow, medium, and fast pitch. The speed ranges from 40-80 mph. You buy tokens for one dollar a piece. One token = 15 pitches. You can also get 6 tokens for $5. Surprisingly 15 pitches last longer than you would think. They also have softball pitching options to brush up your office team skills. If your not into it but you are stuck waiting for your child to finish up, don't worry... They have big comfy leather couches and a tv in the lounge area to keep you entertained while you wait. All in all a very fun place especially for a rainy day. I would definitely recommend.

This place is a fabulous training facility. We actually had experience at three different…read morefacilities in the same time frame 9-12 years ago when our son played. I won't go into details, but "short story"... Strike Zone was far superior in every aspect, and the others were a complete waste of time. (Both of the others are out of business now, so, clearly, we weren't the only ones disappointed!). Both trainers working with him here (Shane and Jeff) were completely focused on the child during the lesson, and actually got results. So, when our daughter wanted training, we knew just where to go. She has done amazingly well working with Sarah on hitting and with Jeff on catching. She moves differently, reacts differently, and uses her muscles differently. She went from awkward looking to athletic in her batting and behind-the-plate action. That would not have happened without the patient teaching of Strike Zone instructors. Most adults would get annoyed after giving the same instruction corrections over multiple sessions, but these folks just find another way to express it (because every kid interprets differently) until it sinks in! Addendum... I thought I submitted this a year ago and, apparently, failed to hit "post". One year later... the only change would be that I failed to comment on how fabulous the front desk staff has been over all these years (exceptionally nice - every single person !!!). We have been away for several months (just practicing independently), but plan to get her back in the rotation again soon because these trainers are amazing!

They have a couple of ducks & geese around but they were not pests. Owners have a routine schedule of feeding them. Fun to watch. There is a section for "longer term stays".... but they were quiet and those we met, as we took walks, were friendly. They have a pool, mini-golf and there are walking trails around the 3 ponds.
