While baby sitting my 2 year old great great nephew, I planned a visit to Kangaroo Jax. Kangaroo Jax is an inside play area for children( adults too if you're playing with your child or children). I completed the online safety waiver, filled out the minor child's name, and the people participating. I was totally confused by this section, because I also had my 11 yr. old great niece with me. I put both of our names down as participating. The participating part means that you will be doing the play activities with the minor child. My niece was the one that participated, but by me misunderstanding that question. I paid for myself too, and if you're not participating you don't have to pay. I got my confirmation email, you can also fill out a waiver on-site. We arrived around 10:45, and it wasn't very crowded at opening, but by the time we left 2 hours later it was packed. There is A LOT to keep the little ones and older children entertained. There's a party area, a small section with a few arcade type games, face painting, snack area, picnic tables. You are required to play with your shoes off, but with socks on. You can also purchase socks on-site for $3 if you don't have them with you. There are places to sit and watch , or for the participants that the children have worn out to catch their breath. There are even 3 of those massage chairs for the adults. My nephew had a great time, he was like a little hurricane, my niece was sweating and out of breath trying to keep up with him. Shout out to my niece for being my nephew's play mate!! I could not have done it without her!! It's a nice place in a safe environment( you still gotta watch your kids), and it's inside with no worries about the weather stopping the fun. As usual, it's always nice to spend time with family.

My daughter asked to go to Monkey Joe's for her 5th birthday. When we realized it had gone out of business, we found Kangaroo Jax and decided to give it a try. We went on a Tuesday from 4 - 6pm, and there were only 2 other family's there. I imagine a Saturday would have been much busier, but we were spoiled having the whole place to ourselves. The kids, ranging in age from 5-10, had an absolute blast! The slides were fast and slick, the play area was clean, and the staff was helpful. I spoke with the owner who was on site, and he is passionate about continuing to improve on the location. He was currently assembling a new slide that he had gotten from a trade show. There are 2 areas for younger children, so that they aren't toppled over by larger kids. There is a mini ferris wheel and a carousel that are included with admission. This is a great way to spend a rainy or cold winter day. We will definitely be back here again!

Endless amount of fun for my kids. We went on a Sunday for a birthday party and it wasn't crowded (there was 2 parties going on that day). They have enough bouncy houses and other jungle gyms for all the kids. They even have rides !

Great place for when it's raining or too hot out. My little ones loved it just wish they had a better selection of food. Not just junk food

This is in the old Monkey Joe's location. I was not a fan of Monkey Joe's so had high hopes for this replacement. Overall I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the variety of activities in the wide open and non-confining space. In addition to the bouncy houses and slides there is also a carousel and small Ferris wheel (with closed-in cars to keep the kiddies safe). Games are only 50 cents if you want to invest more than the entry price of $9 (only $6 for ages 2-5 from 10 am-12 pm on weekdays). Personally, I don't think this place would be of interest for kids over the age of 8 or so, depending on their size and level of maturity. Friendly employees at the desk and on the floor keeping watch at all times. Two party rooms towards the back. Restroom was clean, but freezing cold.

This is a good place for kids to have fun & jump. However there was a this staff member that had an attitude with us saying my kids can't go on the ride when I saw bigger kids going in. Also I overheard that two more ladies had a problem with him and his attitude. It's my second time coming with my kids and this is the second time I have a problem with this staff member.

Cool place! Could use more hand sanitizer stations and some ball pits but it was a great experience.

They also had a small arcade, jungle gyms, slides, a toddler unit to itself (5&under), a few more rides and lots of fun blow-up bouncy houses.

From going to other Cicis there's no charge for fountain water. We were charge for bottled water and we told the girl that no we wanted fountain water but she seemed not to know English very well. Not that this was a big deal but didn't want to pay for water so we asked to speak to the manager. The manager came over and we told him we have been to other Cicis before and never was charged for water. He applied and says that it cuts down on theft to me I took it as an insult as if he thought I might steal from him. He said he could not do anything ok it's water no big deal then so me and the family went in and enjoyed ourselves. The pizza was very good and they continue to keep up making fresh pizza and cleaning dirty plates off the table. I wanted to request a stuffed crust pizza that I usually order at our Cicis near our home. I actually talked to the manager to request this and he says that he does not make stuff crust pizza for the clients inside his restaurant he only does it when you purchase an item to go. never was told that before at any Cicis At this point I could see that this manager is a hardcore Penny Pincher. They had the limited time chocolate dessert pizza that I noticed they do not add powdered sugar as it should have on it even though they have a sign in their window showing it on it but probably the manager wanted to save a couple of pennies by not putting all the ingredients on it. My overall experience with the place was excellent if you took the manager out of the equation. All team members were doing an excellent job.
