No one is exactly sure how it happened. I've personally been to Big Air more times than I can remember in recent years. I continue to believe that this business has more than adequate safe guards in place. As I said in my last review, I was amazed that more children don't get injured. It's just the name of the game! When kids are jumping off of things something can go wrong. In no way, shape, or form do I hold Big Air accountable. It's just a boy thing. He's going to heal in about four weeks and hasn't complained about pain. I continue to like this place because my grand boys love it.
