He has helped me out of countless binds from getting stuck at work and needing a last minute walk to helping me have someone stay in my home with my pup while I was out of town. He is always super helpful no matter the question. I also love how you receive an email when he gets to your house and then another email with a note about how the walk went. They are fun to receive during work (I forward the funny ones where Rufio poops more than two times to my mom and sister ) and are also great when your pup is under the weather and at home alone. My dog tends to be a bit of a pain when it comes to weather and Mike is always great with that. If Rufio refuses to walk in the rain or snow Mike will bring him out and then stay and play with him for the rest of the time. Mike also helped give me referrals for dog trainers! I seriously could not say more about Mike and his service. Rufio loves him and I am so glad I was sent to RSP! It has made life with a crazy work schedule so much easier and I always have peace of mind that Rufio is taken care of and happy to see his buddy Mike!

Very professional service overall though. Just as we get settled in Denver we're moving again. At least we have a stellar pet caretaker and walker that we can depend on in this time of transition. We have three dogs, a cat and fish that can depend on Christina to take excellent care of them while we're away. Christina gives updates on a daily basis via a call or email and she always is available to answer any questions and concerns you might have. She is insured and was found through a pet care industry website where I usually find most of the sitters we use...I just can't remember the site right now. I have nothing but praise for Christina because two of our dogs do not get along together and she handles this situation with ease, we have had problems in the past with other sitters which ended in $400 vet bills, and she has our trust. Christina can also handle the little things like lights, papers, and mail if need be, A+ customer service. As a side note, our dogs were super happy to see her again, mostly because they go on more walks with her than with us ;) I strongly recommend you give her a call if you haven't found a pet sitter/walker yet.

Anxiety mixed with a high energy breed is a challenge .The staff at Best Friends is wonderful with her. Each doggy daycare I have taken her to, she comes home shaking and refuses to return. At Best Friends she goes in the door and the staff take time to give her the human reassurance she needs. Every single time. She is a needy lil one. I know this. And I am thankful this business is a smaller doggy daycare. I feel she gets more human attention and is more comfortable interacting with the other pups. It is local and reasonably priced. Win, win and win. On Friday, after picking Scout up from daycare I noticed that her right cheekbone was swollen and her eye was a little weepy. At pickup the staff didn't mention that she was playing rough and got nipped or possibly scratched. I left a voicemail and when the daycare opened on Monday morning I received a prompt message from Nancy. She had asked the staff and no one remembers any sort of rough play etc. What really impressed me, she offered to comp a total of three daycare days and to pay for all vet bills. This is above and beyond! I never thought that the business would offer to comp days and a vet bill. Dogs will be dogs and playing is the reason I take her to daycare. But the offer was so generous (and unnecessary!) it showed the dedication ,love and vigilance that the staff have for the pups they take care. I really feel as if they love my fur baby too. And what more could a working mom want? I will continue to take her there, and continue to refer Best Friends. I feel even more confident that Scout plays away her days at the best possible place.
