The team at Gentle Hearts communicate very well over email and are quick to respond to requests and questions. We even recently had an emergency that took us out of town suddenly over the weekend, and they responded right away assuring us our pets would be taken care of. They checked in on our cats, made sure everything was taken care of, and sent updates that made it clear our little furballs were living their best lives while we were gone. Nelson and my sitter were absolutely amazing in handling the situation with urgency, care, and communicated with me the best they could given my limited availability. I hope I never have another emergency when I'm gone, but if I do, it's Denver Pro Pet Sitting I want taking care of my pets. Finally, they do their best to assign the same sitter every time. I really love seeing my sitter comment on my dog's health improvements since previous visits and makes me feel like they genuinely care about my pets and their well being.

Amy really loves animals and has years of vet tech experience, so she's great at handling all pets and their unique needs. I have two older cats, one who needs medication daily and doesn't warm up to strangers readily, while the other has kidney disease and needs to be on a special diet. Amy put in the extra time during those first few visits to make sure that my cat took his medicine, even though he was reluctant to at first. Now they're practically best friends, which is not an easy feat considering he's only really warmed up to about 4 people in his life! I get text messages daily with photos and updates while I'm gone. I also get a very entertaining written log to read once I return home. It's very clear from Amy's writing that she understands their body language and knows how to earn trust. She also goes the extra mile to bring toys, treats, and catnip to make sure they have a good time. I've shown my friends some of the photos, and they also agree that my cats are having a blast while I'm gone. I can't say enough good things about Amy and her team at Unique Pet Care. However even with the second person it does not appear that they removed all storm windows...there are many streaks and dried water droplet marks still in many of the windows. They are cleanER than they were i will probably call another company to finish the job

Before scheduling Bobbie explained the service they provide and it was quite impressive. They texted when they were on the way, and showed up right on time. They wasted no time in getting to work. During the service DJ diagnosed the issue and also found a few gas leaks. He fixed those, and tested everything when completed and WOW, what a difference.
