Don't know if you'd ever buy a pound -- maybe if you did one of the heavy gumballs or such -- but that seemed rather expensive. However, our friends told us that this wasn't a bad price compared to some other locations. My husband did get some tins of sour hard candies in his favorite flavor -- passion fruit. I was too full from dinner to even think about anything. It was fun to browse through the candies I remembered from childhood. Glad we stopped by to check them out. We know when we need some sweets for the kids where to go if in the area.

I actually didn't order cake pops. I ordered a cake for a friend's 12 year old. She wanted a seal on top. When I saw the cake I was amazed!!!! It tasted good but the handcrafted work was amazing. I went to go pick up the cake and it looked AMAZING! 180$ well spent , so I thought. As I cut and passed out the bottom tear that everyone was dying to try, my friend came up to me and told me it tasted like lemon. So I tried a piece and sure enough, it was lemon. So I stormed off and called couture cakes and left a message telling the lady what happend and told her that I wasn't too happy that it was lemon, and I asked her nicely to call me back and we could work something out.
