I explained to her that the last time I bought them there, they were stale and before I could finish, she cut me off and was like "I can't give you samples!" And she responded very rudely, "I can't do anything about that," while the whole time she was giving me a dirty look and acting like I was making some crazy request. So even though I spent more than $40 for a big bag of candy and had to throw away literally half of the bag away (so throwing away $20), you mean to tell me you will allow me to make another blind purchase and I will just have to accept that they are stale?! No freaking way! You lost my business! Sweet Factory, you need to work on your employees' customer service. The lady was very rude and I didn't take the time to take her name because I was so disgusted with how she looked at me and dismissed me right away. She definitely could've handled that much more professionally and with a little more compassion for the customer. Their piñatas are larger (about 3 ft tall) than what you can get online. It held up to 20 kids whacking at it lol. Just FYI don't fill it too much with candy because it gets heavy and the string gets loose. I'd recommend filling it with lighter objects like toys, pencils, stickers, etc. Note you have to separately purchase an eye mask, stick, and rope. I was walking through the mall on my way to a specific destination when I walked by See's. Who…read moredoesn't love see's? I've been eating it since I was a kid so it's a bit nostalgic for me. I decided to stop in and to my delight I was surprised to see Easter candy on sale. I guess I've never gone to a See's after a holiday. A perused the rack, hoping to find my favorite. Sure enough they had a six pack of my absolute favorite Scotchmallows for considerably less than you would pay if you bought them separately or not on sale. The woman at the counter was very friendly as I find to be the case at most See's candies. She offered me a piece of what they were sampling for the day. She also asked me if I'd had other flavors of scotchmallows. I was unaware that they had other flavors, but she said they had seasonal flavors and that the milk chocolate was a seasonal flavor. I had no idea. She gave me a taste of the coffee Scotchmallow. it was good, but I prefer the original. I really enjoy See's and will always be a big a fan.
