Without asking any questions the waiter disappeared into the back and produced a glass of lemonade that we later learned was "fresh". And you guessed it...an upcharge. Then our server wanted to know if we knew what we wanted to eat yet. I reminded him we were a party of 3 waiting for our 3rd. He seemed frustrated by that. He instead went for the dessert sale. I declined. He printed it and left. Did not return. Had to flag the other server again to actually pay. I still tipped in case they pooled the tips.
