Took my 5 year old son here for an hour. Lots of fun engaging things to entertain him. They have a cool ball pit area with things for kids to climb on and safely land if they fall or lose their balance. The area is well maintained and clean. It cost $15 for an hour of play which was sufficient for him to explore everything. Great way to burn some energy for an active kid. Staff here were friendly as well which was appreciated for a kid environment.

I think this is a great place for small kids and parties. There are prices rated for kids from 14-17 years of age but in my opinion, I don't think teens would find this "enjoyable." At least not for this location, inside a mall. It's bright, lively, and cost is reasonable. There is also a good selection of snacks. If you have young kids, this place is perfect.

It's nice and clean many spots to sit down. Perfect for 11 and under I feel like. My kids are 8 and 10 my 10 years old felt like he was too cool for the place that may be a personal feeling. We went to riverside location before the Temecula one open. The riverside location feels really big and that's what we were used to. The Temecula locations feels a little closed in and small. It's still a fun place.

What a fun indoor playground! The staff was really nice. It was really busy every time we went, so just a heads up. My child is only 15 months so 1 hr was plenty for us and cost $15 (one parent free with child entrance fee; $55 for a month membership). You do have to have slip resistance socks that they sell for $3 each. It is a little overstimulating, from all the bright/flashy lights, sounds, and colors, but was a great way for my child to burn her mid afternoon energy when it was raining. She had so much fun my husband took her back when it was super hot outside too. They have a toddler section and a climbing area that has slides and bridges. My child preferred to climb. The climbing area is parent friendly if you don't mind ducking and climbing through things. Definitely a place we'll use on repeat when the weather is awful.

Such a cool place! Super huge once you're inside (adults have to remove their shoes) and a lot to do. One hour goes by quick. Everything is laid out nice and employees were friendly. You sign a virtual waiver first and then pay and then put your shoes away and go inside. I was able to bring my diaper bag inside and purse and go and play with my kids in the playground. Only downside is a little pricey for one hour but still so fun and so many things to do for kids! Would go again.

My grandson had a blast, he is 1 1/2 and the little land was perfect for him! Super fun! Fun for the adults and the children!!!

Waiting area and play area.

The promotional price was very reasonable. You're allowed 90 minutes of play time which is plenty. Note: You'll have to pay for a ticket even if you do not plan to enter the bounce house. So might as well go all out and enjoy with your kids, grandkids, etc. It was well staffed to ensure children follow the rules for their safety.

I almost changed the venue last min due to recent bad reviews regarding cleanliness and it being wet. No, this is not like the cleanest activity you could do. It's outdoors, for children, and open to public- so if you're looking for a sterile event, this will probably not be your scene. That being said, it is not "filthy" it's totally fine! It's exactly what you would expect for a MASSIVE children's bounce house. It is as well maintained as it could be. And the wetness, this is a big one for me- there were a couple areas that were wet from all the recent rain, but definitely not enough to stop me from allowing my little to have the time of her life. Her, and all the kids, could have cared less. It was a very minor inconvenience(for adults- not the kids!) The staff, phenomenal. So helpful and so friendly. 100% would recommend taking your kids here or throwing a bday party.

I will start off by saying, if you are in the fence to try Escape Rooms, just do it!!!…read more My wife and I started coming here in 2024 and come back once every 4-6 months to try a new room. I have never had a bad experience at this location or the Temecula location. All rooms are challenging and the difficulty rating does match the experience. The staff is always welcoming and helpful! If I could change a few things it would be when you reserve a game online, that it routes you to the waiver right away. Show up a few minutes early to sign the waiver if you didn't online. The second thing would be to have the option for people to allow others to join their group. Some games can be easier with 3-4 players versus our typical 2 but still very doable (we have done 8 escape rooms and have beat them all).

I love how they talk to you vs having to go push a button wasting time like some escape room places. Also love how there are a lot of cause and effect types of things going on such as door hidden popping open & other things I just don't want to ruin it for others. Some places are a lot of clues that are paper or require calculations which are fine but these rooms have a mix of both so it's more interesting to see what will happen when completing a clue. Makaylee I have seen her at a few locations is wonderful. Only with they'd expand with more rooms to do. Even other places agree they are the best!!!

This guy seemed an amazing deal price was killer and I thought maybe it just didn't have a lot of fossils and it was a lot of reconstruction. Nowhere on that piece or any of the other pieces if you go through their website, does it say replica the only way you find the word replicas if you go to their website the very first time and go as if you're going to try to book an event and then it says Shop our replicas. I was asking a very simple question when I found out it was a replica. I wasn't rude. I said, cancel my order and they jumped down my throat. It was the rudest thing I've ever experienced and I hope no one ever has to deal with them after reading this.

She did not tell me to go online to book. She did say I had to have a $750 minimum since she'd be coming to San Diego, and I was ok paying the extra. Again, no mention to go online to do this while talking. I can't go back to Tuesday the 22nd on my phone to screenshot my log. But I've posted the 2 calls I made to her Wednesday and the call I made on Thursday. I left messages asking for a call back and that we'd spoken. Let's be clear, they were not booked. I've been looking for a Dino encounter type of company for my sons 4th birthday party. After speaking with several companies who were unavailable, this was the only one who was available. I believe her name is Carrie (maybe jeri?) who owns it. When I originally spoke with her before other companies, the first thing I thought was, she doesn't sound very charismatic nor entertaining. When I learned she was one of the "presenters" is when I searched for another company. Unfortunately no one else was available for my date so I called back. I spoke with her Monday about booking and she confirmed availability but said she was in the car and would call me back later to finish booking. Ok, great. She didn't call me back. I called her back Tuesday afternoon and left a message. Same thing Wednesday, I called a few times to follow up and pay. No response. Today, Thursday, I called and got a hold of her. She apparently has booked someone in my spot since we spoke. I am sooo angry. When we hung up Monday, I would have paid if she'd told me how instead said she was driving and we'd handle later. So I assumed we had our spot. When I reminded her of this, she told me I needed to understand she speaks to a lot of people every day and she had car troubles which she had to fix and handle. Quite frankly, I do understand things happen BUT how do you confirm someone else when you already told someone else they had that spot. Im furious but it may be for the best as I can not imagine her type of personality entertaining a bunch of 4 year olds. Terrible way to run your business. Look for a different company!!! I do NOT recommend. If you follow my reviews, I do NOT typically give out 1 star reviews and I'm very fair. But this review deserves it as they completely left me hanging for a party!

A Special Place for Our Family -- From Vision to Reality!…read more Europa Village Winery was the perfect place for a memorable date night! My wife surprised me with this experience because she knows how much I love wine and spending time at wineries, and she absolutely nailed it. We started our evening at the Secret Room Speakeasy, enjoying cocktails, delicious burrata, and fried calamari before heading over to enjoy some red wines. The combination of great food, drinks, and the beautiful winery atmosphere made for a wonderful evening together. What makes Europa Village especially meaningful to us is our family's personal connection to the project. My family was one of the founding members involved during its early days, so seeing how far it has come and what it has become today as a destination for visitors and wine lovers is truly an incredible experience. Watching the vision unfold into what Europa Village is now fills us with a tremendous sense of pride and appreciation. It was more than just a date night for us. It was an opportunity to revisit a place connected to our family's history, reflect on how much it has grown, and appreciate the experience it offers to so many people today. A special thank-you to my wife for planning such a thoughtful surprise and bringing me somewhere that means so much to us. If you're looking for a romantic getaway with cocktails, delicious appetizers, beautiful surroundings, and excellent red wine, Europa Village is absolutely worth visiting. Great wine, wonderful ambiance, meaningful memories, and a beautiful story behind it all. We'll definitely be back!

Very Disappointing Experience - Bolero at Europa Village…read more I am not a member of Europa Village, but I went to Bolero specifically because I wanted to try their "large seafood paella." Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We were a group of 10 people, and our server was very pushy about ordering the chicken paella and suggested getting two small paellas instead of the large seafood paella we originally wanted. I felt like she was not listening to what our group actually wanted, and the service was not good. The seafood paella was $70, which I expected to be worth the price. Unfortunately, the rice was burned, and there was almost no seafood--just one shell and a very tiny piece of calamari buried in a large amount of rice. The rice tasted like packaged or prepared rice, rather than freshly made paella. We also tried the chicken paella, and it was just as disappointing. There was only one piece of chicken with a large amount of rice, and nobody in our group liked it. Almost everyone at our table had a negative comment about the paella. In the end, we were so disappointed that we left most of the food and threw it away. For $70, I expected a much better-quality dish, especially from a winery restaurant. The should call "RICE PAELLA," Unfortunately, the food and service did not live up to our expectations, and I would not order the paella again.
