Canny nails is by far the beat nail place I have ever been to. They are a small family run business that really does get to know you. Some things that make them special. 1. They actually listen to what YOU want and make sure you get it. They double check my nails are perfect and ask if I like them every time I have gone in. 2. They make appointments and actually stick to them. No more making an appointment and then waiting like you are a walk in. And 3. They really are reasonably priced for the quality and service they provide. I always forget to take pictures of my nails when I first get them done so ignore the grow out/ bad picture quality. The blue is gel nails Hot pink is dip And ombré white and pink is dip

I broke a natural nail while on vacation. They got me in with in an hour. They were able to give my husband and myself mani-pedis. It was the ultimate pampering experience. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I wish they were closer so I could visit them again, but it's a long drive from Los Angeles. I'm so happy that I was able to find them. And they did a great job on my broken nail.

Close up of the nails! Great finish!

Make your bling stand out with a perfect manicure! Just got back from getting my nails done in a dip powder manicure.... they did an excellent job! First, I am really loving dip nails because my nails started becoming brittle when using gel or shellac. After I got it done the first time at a different salon (it was done way way too thick so I decided to try others) I noticed my nails started growing rather quickly and continues to do so. Back to this salon result, ...The finish is as thin as I've ever had and it really has the feel of getting shellac/gel nails done without the heavy UV use. She took her time to create a perfect result. She was also very gentle with my natural nail in getting off the previous dip, which was rather thick by comparison. I would highly recommend this family-run salon. Find them tucked away between El Chilito and Les Schwab off Hwy 99 in Canby.

I forgot, how much do they charge for dipping nails? I have been here many times but I forgot the price. Asking for a friend.

Quality and care has been getting progressively worse. Despite setting an appointment every time,…read morethey overfill appointments and walk-ins so it's a 10-15 minute wait past your appointment time. Then they juggle you with several other clients, barely giving you time to choose a color, and rush through the service. Depending on the artist, they'll completely skip steps or take short cuts (skipping the top coat, not filing under your nails after the dip powder, not fixing mistakes they make) and then as soon as you're done they're onto the next client while you're drying using the UV lights. Today I specifically requested a female artist, was completely blown off and put with a man, and then after my service, I used the restroom, they let a client sit in my seat, move my PURSE onto the floor, put all of her belongings on top of mine, I had to physically move her phone to get mine from under hers. I've come here for months and have seen it get progressively worse, especially when you're checking out they'll just outright yell "You have cash for your tip right?" A tip is a privilege, not a requirement, and by asking me that makes me completely uninterested in tipping. By letting a client move my belongings and constantly make me wait well beyond my appointment time, I am very disappointed. I also found out that the stamp cards, 10 total services you need stamped, is only $10 off your next service! $45 for a fill x 10, $450 spent all for a meager $10 off? This place has turned into a complete mess and money grab. I drive from Oregon City to come here, as friends and family recommended it, but this is not the salon it was a year ago. I'd recommend finding somewhere else if you want quality and your time (and belongings) respected.

I came in about a week ago and got a manicure and pedicure done by the gentleman who works here. I…read morewas handling some stuff on my phone and by the time I looked down he had completely cut down my toenails to the point where they looked like nubs. I usually prefer square but he never asked. All he asked was if I wanted them cut shorter. I was super upset. Fast forward to my manicure, the same gentleman does it and the whole time he seems to be in a rush. Makes little to no conversation and is shaking his leg the whole time. Well he starts filing and cutting away and after what happened to my toes I wasn't about to have short nubby finger nails so I said "can I have square please". So he does it. But not at any point were my cuticles soaked in water or anything. It was a completely DRY manicure. I've never experienced this before unless I was getting a polish change. The color ended up looking nice and the shape was just okay so I didn't mention anything. Well a week later my right thumb had the gel completely separate from my nail on the end. Like it totally peeled back. So much so I could side my other thumb nail in between the gel and my nail. I went back in and tried explaining this to him and he quickly grabs my hand and takes polish to plug the hole. Then he puts on an extra top coat on every one of my nails. Seemed like a nice gesture and I appreciated it. So I go home that night and of course the nail polish patch he put came right off. Because as I said my nail was already separated from the gel. I go back in today and when I tell you the look of disgust this man had on his face. He 100% blamed it on me. "It wasn't like that yesterday". Well yes that's correct it wasn't...the whole tip now peeled off because you patched it. Anyway....I said "can you just sand the whole thing off and redo it. At this point I'll pay for it. I just want it fixed". So he takes the cuticle clippers (doesn't soak it off) and rips off the polish from my nail. As we're waiting for it to dry he asked what I do for work. Mind you yesterday he asked and I told him I wasn't currently working. Once we're done he said "your job is too rough on your hands so next time we can't do a regular gel manicure on you. You need to have this powder added to your manicure every time sorry". I haven't had a problem at any nail salon I've been to over the years until now. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and had to go to this nail salon 3 different times. I'm all for supporting local and small businesses but in the economy we're in right now every dollar counts. I spent $106 for this experience and honestly I won't be back. Also, posting your customers phone number online because you're angry that they felt YOU provided inadequate service is highly unprofessional. I rest my case. Take your business elsewhere.
