This is not a legitimate business, as far as I can tell. I booked a detailing appointment to which they never showed up. I received an e-mail from the apologizing for missing the appointment and promising me a refund, but it has been several months and my money has not been returned. They do not answer their phones or respond to e-mails, and they have not responded to the Better Business Bureau complaint that I have filed. As far as I can tell, they make their money by pre-charging customers for services they have no intention of providing. Don't let them scam you too! read more

Too bad I can't give ZERO stars!!! This business is a complete joke. I made a reservation with them over 4 weeks ago after purchasing a Living Social deal. They called be 2 weeks ago and asked me to reshedule, which I agreed to do. They confirmed my resheduled time twice in e-mails and I changed my entire day around. They were to be at my house to do the detail at noon on Sept 8th. They never showed up. They never called. They did not return 3 calls I made to the office and the voice mailbox is now full..probably due to more irate customers. They also go by the name of Oregon Auto Detail. Bought a voucher from Amazon Local. Made an appointment for service at home online (the only way you got make a appointment). Got a confirmation, and then a week later got a email canceling, incorrectly claiming I cancelled. Made a second appointment for four weeks later, got a call the week before asking to change the time, and I agreed. Got a reminder email the day before, but no one showed. No call, no email. Sent an email and left a voice message, but no response. Made a third appointment for the next week. Got the reminder email the day before, and on the day of the appointment, I gave them a reminder email and a reminder phone call. No show, no call, no email. Whatever the reason, they don't seem to be able to provide service, or even basic communication, and it looks like it's been like this since at least February. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Seriously... I called and made an appointment with them to come to my place and provide a mobile detailing service for my car. They asked that I provide them with a credit card number and pay for it in advance...which I did. Then, they never showed for my scheduled appointment and after SEVERAL phone calls by me I still have never heard back from them. We purchased a gift certificate from Adam - at Canby Auto Detail which is also known as Oregon Auto Detail. Our son has been trying to use the certificate for a couple of months. We have left countless messages and none of them were returned. We finally had an appointment scheduled and he never showed up. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. They are demonstrating an unwillingness to honor and conduct services that have already been paid. read more

I purchased a Full Detail$99.00, Groupon through Get MAD Mobile Auto Detailing. They subcontracted with Canby Auto Detailing. They left residue from a cleaner on my truck body and windows. Skipped over the cleaning they discussed with me before starting work and requested AN EXTRA $60.00. Quality of their work is very poor and honesty is a concept they do not grasp. read more

RUN AWAY!! This "business" is a one way street. They take your money and disappear. Before you give this creep your money, google the contact number for his business and you will see that about 14 different businesses will pop up. Look up any one on Better Business Bureau and you will see why they get "Fs". I paid Adam $145.00 for a mobile detail of my husbands car. He never showed and then sent me an e-mail with all kinds of excuses. Would never answer his phone again. Looking online I see numerous stories of the same thing. I'm guessing this guy has stolen thousands of dollars from people like me. The police can't do anything because he advertises online.
