I shopped at the Trooper location, but this is the place that did the template for my kitchen…read morerenovation and where they cut the stone. The Trooper warehouse has a huge selection, with many beautiful things. Dave came out to measure and make the template and did an excellent job. He came out early and got things done so they could start on things. Henry was the project manager, and he was very quick and responsive when it was time to move on the project. I found the slab I fell in love with in March, put down a deposit, and they held it for me without a storage fee until December. Henry spent quite a bit of time with me in rearranging the template, found another stone that matched what I had, as we needed another piece to finish everything, and was very patient with my inexperience in knowing anything about picking out edges of counters. (Who knew what pencil edge was?!) The Georgia crew delivered things a week later. The 3 guys that installed things were excellent. They were very careful, and it was quite interesting to watch the process. They did no damage to anything in the house, installed the granite very carefully, and also installed my sink. She insisted I needed the paperwork from my cabinets with the dimensions even though I told her I built them. She said ok do a drawing. I said I can tell you the square footage and yet she still wanted drawings. Makes no sense because someone will come and take measurements anyways and I was already giving her the dimensions and total square footage. Anyways we finally convinced her to walk us around but she wouldn't tell us the prices of anything back to I need the drawings. We went to Istanbul Granite and they gladly told us everything and had the sale the same day. Seems poor business practice that you know people walking in the door are potential customers if you're willing to help but instead you have an attitude and lose sales because of it. People generally aren't coming to just browse they actually want new countertops.

Her knowledge about materials, color combinations, room size and what will fit is incredible. Most of the things that I put on my "if we have space" list she was able to accommodate for us. She was able to accommodate a coffee bar(I didn't even dream of that)! She walked us through the showroom and pulled things that she thought we would be interested in and she was spot on with her choices. She helped us decide what cabinets, knobs, handles and colors would work best for our dream kitchen. Both of the owners, Gil and Marisol were friendly and helpful. Their price was competitive with other places but it was the fact that they went above and beyond to answer our questions that made us decide to purchase our vanities through them. It was nice to deal with a local business. The vanities were delivered quickly and there were no problems. We did not know before we went to their showroom that they also provide remodeling services.
