It is a super center which looks like it was brand new and not busy at all seeing that we were there on a Saturday at 12:30 pm as that is the usual shopping time for most families. The parking lot is huge with lots of parent parking stalls and other stalls that are relatively close to the store and there is even a large truck parking area for people who have trailers or 5th wheels. Inside the store is super bright, clean, and fresh with everything in excellent order in regards to the store layout but the aisles are a little small so it's a bit tough navigating through the grocery section if there are two shopping carts down the aisle. The cashiers were fast and had lots open so we were through very quick which made a bonus for us with a cranky little one. We will be making the drive again out to Mission to shop here.

The 'Big Box Outlet Store' in Mission was a recent 'browse & shop' stop for daughter. She went…read morethere hoping to catch some items on a "I want list". The stop had what she was seeking, and at the same time, provided a nice surprise find as well -- a great deal on some 'just past' the best-before-date of 'Ocean Spray, tinned cranberry sauce'. Originally sticker priced at $1.49 Cdn per tin, it was now priced at $0.25 per tin -- a bargain not to be missed. Thanks to her catch, it included four tins for us (and yea, it was all the 'whole cranberry' variety, which we favour over the 'jellied' stuff). With Easter coming, I am sure there will be a use for some (with some poultry), but regardless, we always enjoy it with any poultry and several meats at any time, and find it's great in pancakes, on french toast, baking powder biscuits, and such.

What sets Resmi apart is that she brings something very special to her profession: she genuinely cares about the people she serves. She is consistently kind, professional, knowledgeable, warm, compassionate and incredibly attentive. She is also incredibly thorough. Whenever I am prescribed a new medication, she takes the time to explain it carefully, asks proactive questions, and diligently checks to make sure there are no potential interactions or concerns with anything else I am taking. She never makes me feel rushed - a rarity in today's fast paced world, and she is always patient with my questions. I came in because I needed an external hard drive to finish some work while I'm on vacation. The guy working the electronics computer section did not know what the external hard drive was. I asked some questions about I was choosing and he said I don't know anything. Then he made me walk all the way to the front of the store to pay for it when I still had other things to get so when he left, I told the other lady I would like to make a complaint about him and she just says oh he doesn't work in that department. Totally covering up for each other. The entire staff in this Walmart is East Indian. Horrible.
