Ryan's inspection report was amazingly detailed with photo's and notes on all of the problems he found during that day on the homes fireplaces. As well he supplied a detailed estimate on the repairs. He took time out to call me and explain what he had found, and explained what would be needed to be repaired. He saved me thousands of dollars that I would have not known about by not having this inspection done. Like some other well deserved favourable reviews I've written I like to start at the conclusion and then work from there. So, on a scale of one to five stars I would give Jordan and Rick at Nordic Stoneworks 10 stars but it only goes to 5. I had them repair both my brick chimneys and the new work blends in with the original brickwork with a consistent look. The other factor in my decision is that they communicate with you as the customer and the neighbours to advise what is going on. I hired Complete Concrete Care (CCC) to seal my deck and patio. They were supposed to seal the deck…read morewith tinted sealer and repair the cracks. They showed me very nice-looking pictures. When the deck dried, the result looked like a DYI project that gone wrong. The tint came out full of roll marks and the cracks were not repaired at all. The owner proposed to come and reseal the deck but wanted to charge extra. At the end he came and resealed it again, but the result is not better, still full of roll marks and the cracks are worse now, full of air bubbles. The deck looks terrible. If you want a DYI result but at professional cost, then hire Complete Concrete Care.
