Edit 2 to respond to Farshad's response, because evidently the screenshots of my emails to him…read morewon't upload, or are maybe under review before being posted...idk. Anyway;
I'm truly baffled by your definition of respect. My email doesn't technically make an accusation, I was only stating observations. If you read my review carefully, you'd see my complaint, in the end, is with you, and as it turns out, this is your company. But thank you for acknowledging none of that in your response. I've already screenshot it in case you decide to edit it in the future :)

Edit 1 because I now see that Farshad is listed as the business owner. Yikes. I'm kinda looking forward to see his response lol Hi Farshad.

They say permanently closed on Google, and I understand why, so we can't actually leave reviews. They are still very much active.
Awful. Initially, I would've given them a decent review, but after the phone call I received from them regarding a missing item, that is now far from the case.
I moved in July, a lot of personal turmoil in the mix due to a death in the family, so I hired them as a quick and seamless way to get packed and moved. The driver was extremely friendly and had clearly been doing this awhile, I liked him. The other gentleman was quiet, and I don't believe we spoke other than when I gave them water and other beverages purchased near the storage facility, as well as when I tipped. The third gentleman, Farshad, is who I was in negotiations/contact with and who this last phone conversation was with, I believe was the final person to enter the property, but I can't recall any of their names, as it was approximately 3 months ago now.
The movers were not prepared and/or informed properly of the task at hand. They entered my place with looks of confusion. I explained that I had ordered a full pack and move service, then, when Farshad did arrive, he discussed with them, and I suppose explained what service I requested.
A final quote was agreed upon, and he left.
After all was said the done, the packing itself was done hastily. However, I can attest they did take care of the large and fragile items. I e-transferred the funds to their initial requested email, and, on this particular day, my bank acknowledged that there were technical difficulties with e-transfers. The driver was told to stay with me until funds had been received. I tried to explain the situation, but then the driver was asked to have me e-transfer the funds to HIS PERSONAL email (yes, again, so twice the amount leaving my bank account than expected). Once again, the same error, but I SHOWED him my banking app, and that the funds had left my account. THEN, he was instructed to take me to my bank and be present while I have the cash withdrawn (if you're counting, that would have been triple, an EXTRAORDINARY amount to expect someone to forego due to outside technical difficulties). But, reluctantly, I agreed. The truck driver and I got in my vehicle and headed to the bank. Luckily, (I guess????) before we arrived at my bank, the driver got confirmation that they received the initial e-transfer payment. The driver was so apologetic, and refunded the amount I had to send to him right then and there.
The items were moved to storage because, where I was temporarily moving, was furnished. So, that brings me to this week. I moved my items in my own vehicle. Still sealed by their movers. Nothing had been opened prior to myself unpacking.
One item. I was slowly unpacking and suddenly realized once all things had been unpacked, a quite expensive, and also a sentimental item, along with it's accompanying accessory is nowhere to be found.
I was hopeful that they would maybe internally ask the 3 employees present about it. I didn't want to put the blame on a small locally owned company as a whole, since I know businesses often don't know how their individual employees may act. I don't know what I was expecting, but it was definitely not the response I received. (Also attached below is my response to that phone conversation)
Farshad, continued to speak over me, and I tried several times to ask him to listen, so I did raise my voice to be heard, then he goes on an all out screaming rant at me, and I literally said "If you can't respond to me with some sort of kindness ..." He continued yelling. So I said "Goodbye" and hung up.
Worst front facing customer service agent I have ever dealt with in ANY company/organization I've dealt with in my entire life. And that's saying something.
