David is a real piece of work in the classic sense of what you hear a bad contractor is. David also had the nerve to come back to us an admit a miscalculation and assert that he would not return unless additional funds were paid. At no point was there a thought of maintaining his name, and for this reason we were forced to post this review with the understanding that he has certainly done this to other colleagues of ours in the industry after some quick investigation. He then proceeded to place a lien on our home and tried to leverage potential legal costs against the amount owed when the original contract (without any notices of increase being issued until his admittance that his subcontractor would be more expensive than his original price) was paid. Overall, horrible experience with this company and we hope this serves as a warning
