The problem was, once I arrived on site, I got a look at the cable and noticed that it was potentially a little shorter than what I was looking for and asked if it would be okay if I brought my PC in so I could eyeball the length in front of my tower, which I just happened to have on me in my vehicle. The gentleman told me no problem. The problem was that when I came back to the store, I was greeted by two other men who started telling me sardonically "don't you have some place else to do this? Just buy the cable and take it back." I responded essentially just saying that I had asked the other employee if this was okay and that it was just easier rather than buying a cable, going to the car and checking, and potentially returning it. The man with no mask and the stained t-shirt ultimately just kept repeating himself asking me if I had some other place to do this at and that I shouldn't be doing it there, et cetera while the others stood around. I found them to be incredible unprofessional and overly aggressive. I told him I would just go to another store and walked out. You would think for a store so filthy and sparse, their customer service would be exceptional but I will not be returning to this store and will only speak of this incident where I felt incredibly put off. I found they acted unnecessarily aggressively and unprofessional.

The customer service at Henry's was fantastic! My husband and I went in looking for a waterproof camera and Marco Gallo greeted us within a few minutes of entering the store. He then showed us all the options available and talked with us about the differences between them and really helped us decide which camera would suit our needs and budget the best. He even let us hold and take photos with the cameras so we could compare the feel and controls of each (you can't even pick up a camera at most larger stores, they are usually locked onto the counter). Once we decided on our camera Marco showed us a quick "how to" including how to properly maintain a waterproof camera, how to choose a photo setting, how to use the panoramic mode, and how to turn off the GPS to save your battery power. Fair prices, great selection, fantastic service!
