Getting started with our meal with some small plates and a bottle of Rioja.

My friend who is living in Mallorca made it clear that Ca'n Pedro was on the agenda for one of the nights I was in town. It was described to me as a true Mallorcan restaurant perched upon the hills of Palma de Mallorca. It is just that. The food was phenomenal. Large selection of food on the menu, including many classic Mallorcan dishes. You can't go wrong with your order here. We picked a few things and then let our waiter pick the rest. It was a great idea! There is a bus stop right around the corner - easy to get to for travelers. Hop on the bus, get here right at sunset, order a bottle of Rioja, and enjoy a excellent dining experience.

The quality of the food here was amazing and the service was fast and attentive. Located in Genova it is only about a 10 minute taxi ride from Palma de Mallorca city center. I can't wait to come back!

I did attempt to find a video of the restaurant on YouTube thinking there would be plenty of things to say, but strangely enough there is nothing. With good food also came great, amazing service with nautical ambiance and decorum. If you're by the marina, you must try this restaurant! It's a hit!

Sa Cranca was our best meal in Majorca and in the top three meals of my recent trip to Spain. The…read morerestaurant is a little upscale and classy; the waiters all really know their jobs and are very professional. To start we shared the fried mixed seafood which was very good. I don't typically order this because it is often over cooked and unhealthy tasting, but this dish was so fresh and light! We ordered an half order to share and it was still too much to finish. The scallops and calamari were my favorite pieces and I didn't like the small whole fish, so if i were ordering it again I'd just order the calamari instead of the mix. We ordered the mixed seafood paella without shells and I was not prepared for how good it was. I don't order paella unless I know the restaurant does it well, and Sa Cranca delivered on their reputation. The bomba rice was cooked perfectly and the seafood flavor was great. I loved adding pieces of the green peppers into my paella and the portion was huge. I think we both had two plates and left with a doggie bag. Also it was fun to have the paella mixed and served tableside.
