The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. The company in Epping failed miserably to deliver the Golf Cart as promised on Monday, June 12th ( the anniversary day ) with no communication until we learned late in the day it wasn't happening. On Tuesday with little communication and no confidence that they would ultimately deliver on the 13th I reached out to Wood Brothers who we had used several years ago for a large project and asked for a miracle and low and behold, ownership jumped thru hoops and arranged for a driver and straight job to pick up the Golf Cart in Epping NH and drive it all the way to Essex CT so we could decorate the Golf Cart and drive it up to my In-laws retirement community and if you saw their faces it was worth a life time memory ! They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! (Just be extra communicative about what you need).

They did not honor their contract and kept charging extra fees. They moved my belongings to another facility without informing me or my consent. They kept adding fraudulent charged to my account. I had to hire another company to move my belongings to. A total nightmare.
