I asked for even a partial refund, which they refused to give me. All they offered to do was to reimburse me for an "ointment" prescribed by my doctor for the severe itching. I contacted the manager to discuss the cost to exterminate my home, but I did not hear back from anyone. This was a terrible experience followed by very poor customer service.
