I'm already judging myself. Anyway, this store was low on inventory. I found what I was looking for, but not in my size. My oldest son did find a couple Jibbitz that he liked. The lady working at the register was very nice and helpful. I'd probably visit this store again when I'm shopping at the outlet mall.

Staff at this location were really nice ... greeted upon entering the store and about half way through checking out what they had, they asked if I needed any help....when I left they thanked me for coming in and said to have a good night. What I like about these guys, is they have clothing that you aren't going to find at Dick's, Academy or Belk type stores. Their focus is on outdoor gear and clothing and the associated brands. One of the few places, I know of, where they have a pretty good selection of North Face and Patagonia and brands like that. In addition to that they have some shoe brands you won't be getting at these other stores as well as some outdoor camping supply type stuff. Really, the only down tick in rating for me is the fact that the prices in here can tend to be a little on the high side. But otherwise, a really quality store with some really cool stuff.

I really liked that they had a free photoshoot with Santa because you do not see anyone offer service like anymore. So, thankful for that opportunity available because many happy families in line to get a cute photo that they can keep as a memory. The reason for the low rating is because no greeting of "Merry Christmas" even though we acknowledged the greeters first with an introduction. Everyone else got one, but not us. And when in line, there was an obvious division between the others and me. I felt like I was not wanted there...like an annoyance or disappointment to be around. Thankfully I used it today and will not be bringing it back because I really like my Ugly Stik! They also provide some free fishing line with purchase of a rod. The store is clean and well lit and the same goes for the parking lot. Check out was a breeze as I didn't have wait long and the checkout clerk was really sweet. If you're in the market for a suit, just do yourself a favor and go to Mr Burches instead. Their staff is kind, offers a range of suiting (not off-brand factory stuff), and in-house tailoring. Adding to this: I'm a thirty year old white guy, so at least this is just a "customer service representative being a general asshole" issue instead of a racism issue like one of the other poor souls to have reviewed this place implied.
