They also have a big selection of cigars in their humidor. They are always helpful and can recommend something if you let them know what you are looking for. They can also place special orders as I will sometimes order a half case or full case of wines that I like a lot. There is usually something on sale being displayed when you walk in. They also offer a discount if you buy three or more bottles. Before Covid, I came here for many years for their weekly wine tastings. For a mere $5 to $10, they would always offer up a great selection of wines to taste. Unfortunately, they haven't had any wine tastings since Covid, but almost everything I know about wine I owe to Vendome and their many years of great tastings. I actually have a file folder that contains a two inch stack of tasting sheets that I kept which go back as far as 2010. Thanks Vikki, David (RIP), Eva, Danny, and everybody else here who is always so friendly and helpful. I always buy my lotto tickets here also. If I ever win big, we are going to have a big wine party!

I rated it 10/10 for the watermelon it was strong and had a great watermelon flavor with candies included, the coffee was 7/10 it was too sweet with no alcohol flavor . My boyfriend rated mine 5/10 as it was too strong for him while he rated his a 10/10. We will definitely be coming back this August to try more mixed drinks and probably take some home to the Bay Area

But I know both nine locations have the same owner. I visited this location and bought my usual, a Lotta Colada Buzzball. When I opened it (as soon as I walked out, I was not driving) I noticed the liquid was clear and not the milky white color it should be. The taste was AWFUL! I walked back in and told the cashier that it was a bad batch. He instantly became very defensive and rude, accusing me of endangering HIM with my open container and that I couldn't possibly have a bad buzzball because they don't go bad. NEWSFLASH- BAD BATCHES DO EXIST. Then he told me that they do not do returns or exchanges anyway and to leave the store. Okay, that's fine. But I'll never be back to either location. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and this owner needs to provide some CS training for staff because clearly, it's lacking at both locations. I've attached pictures of the SH*TTY batch one I bought at Nine #2 and this pretty one I bought at my usual location that actually respects their customers.

We really enjoyed ourselves and learned a lot about wine. I recommend booking with friends and having a wine experience.
