Interesting....I went to post my comment and it was pre-populated with an old Facebook photo with my kids on it from when the Hawks won the Cup in 2010. My experience was in 2020. Their comment, attributed to me, had some excuse about how COVID impacted their delivery timing and about how I forgave them.
Let's be clear, they lost my order, despite my $1000 + deposit. Originally contracted in late April/early May, they 1.) didn't show up until the middle of July, 2.] I needed repair on my main deck, (two boards replaced) and an upper deck (railing spindles and a hand rail). They did the upper deck, but not the main deck, the bigger issue (until I had to forcefully remind them to look at the work order) 3.). I paid them to power wash both decks, which they did, but they managed to not understand that you should sweep the deck before putting a translucent stain as an overcoat Paint flecks now permanently under the stain coating, 4.) admittedly, we went from a dark red stained deck to a blue stained deck, but they did a sloppy job on the deck and despite roughly a $2000 job, they missed spots and there are still red areas visible 5.) they also told my wife that they would paint some of the overhang on the back door to compensate the delay, but that is still not done.
It probably goes without saying, but I would encourage everyone to look elsewhere. Do not waste your time with these guys. My favorite is how when I complained, the manager would continually blame the performance of his staff to me (I'm a managing partner for a consulting firm and would never reveal that to my clients and would make it right).
In short, Do Not waste your time, or more importantly, your money with them. Also, there's nothing "College" about the people that were assigned to our home - just another sham in my opinion. read more
