They me a brand new camper in October of 2025. They said they'd deliver it a week later. Ended up taking almost 3 weeks until it arrived. A week later we found mold all over under the bed. Terrible mold problem in the wood and bed. They returned to pick it up over two weeks later. It is now March 2026 and we still have no camper. We have been making payments on a camper since October that we haven't been able to use at all. Communication is awful. Do not go here. read more

Camping World RV Sales of Lincoln, Nebraska is Fraudulent and deceptive practices. Was required to place a $500 deposit to hold a camper pending its cleaning. My wife and I were told it was just a hold deposit and it was refundable. There was no contract and no signed agreement. The camper wasn't going to work for us and notified them twice of our decision and requested refund. Now we have been getting blown off by Shad the salesman, Sean and Norm who alleged they were managers. Still no refund and no one will take a call, even reached out to the owner Marcus L. As a camping enthusiast, I was super excited to purchase our Camper (from Leaches In Lincoln which I recommend tell them I sent you) in November of 2021. Since it's Nebraska and cold, we didn't get to use the camper till summer of 2022. I spent the winter stocking the camper, most of which I got from Camping World online. We were finally able to start using the camper later summer and the first time I washed this comforter it ripped on the seams in three different spots! Washed, never made it to the dryer. I emailed the customer service department and they told me I can't return it or get a replacement because it's more than 90 days old and discontinued. It spend those 90 days in the factory bag sealed because it was winter and I couldn't use it. Because Camping World doesn't stand behind their cheaply made products, I'll be purchasing my supplies this winter and from now on else where. read more

These people don't have the slightest idea how to take care of their customers. I came in for a de-winterize, 4 hours later I was told the kitchen sink faucet "is broken " they couldn't tell me what was broken but it needed to be replaced. The service advisor never let me know until I started asking questions. He never even tried to call the extended warranty to see if this is covered. It was that time he called the warranty company and got authorization to replace the faucet. Terrible service! I spent over 35 years in a service department as a tech and mostly a service advisor, Master Certified with Ford and GM with a massive following. I wish I could train there service department to become a 5 star service and double their revenue with great customer experience which creates a happy owner. read more

Terrible experience. Couldn't come to an agreement on a price so we walked, they called back days later saying they could make what we wanted work. We got there and STILL had to haggle, then they tried hiding fees to get it back to the price they wanted. I know salesmen have to sell things, but do it honestly. They do not. We had a refrigerator that stopped working on a cross country trip. The trailer was a Grand Design XLS 17MKE and it was new. We called the Grand Design dealer in Lincoln and the first thing they asked was "did you buy it from us". We did not and he wasn't ancious to help us out. We called Camping World in Lincoln and I talked to Tyler there and he was so incredibly helpful. He said bring it in. We did and they got right on it and found the problem and the charge was extremely fair. I can't recommend them high enough. They are the greatest. Tyler is the greatest also. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. What a joke. We bought an rv trailer and first we had to wait 4 days for it to be cleaned. Who has something for sale and then wait a bit we have to clean it first. That's something you do before it goes up for sale. Then we overpaided for it, then they questioned my towing setup because I wouldn't purchase their $3,000 hitch system. Even though I've towed a lot more heavier stuff than a light camper but ok. We've had the fridge not cool enough, the oven quit working, burners have a terrible time lighting, water pump don't work, table in kitchen is extremely loose, door don't shut without slamming it, awning is extremely slow, all jacks were bent and wouldn't hold their own weight, front axle is bent, shall I continue? Dave was our salesman and just like a typical salesman selling junk. If I paided less than $5,000 ok fine. But we paired over $30,000 for a piece of junk that should have went to the scrap yard. I only went here because I helped to build the place and the construction manager was really cool, but this place is horrible. And any service they want to keep it for a week. And we have to live out of this. I would have been better with a cardboard box than this expressive junk. read more

This place has no problem making promises, the only problem with that is THEY WILL LIE AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY, but after you buy they have NO CONCERN FOR YOU AND WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU, charge you for service they never done, tell you things are fixed only to find out when you go out to camp that they didn't fix anything. If I could give negative stars I would. I brought my camper in to have it inspected to sell it to Camping World after being offered a fair value over the phone. I filled out an online form with my trailer info after seeing a best offer or $1000 from Camping World. Drove over an hour, sat at the dealership for over 2 hours to have them tell me that there was a computer issue and my info was in their system with 2 different values that differed by $5,000. Long story short I was lied to and was out time and money. Called the next day asking how to submit my better offer that I got from another dealer to claim my $1000. The manager wasn't sure how to handle this and never called back like he said he would. Camping World is notorious for scams and dishonesty if you read up online. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Find a smaller local place that cares about their customers and reputation. read more

Never again! We purchased a new camper from this location in the spring of 2022. We have had nothing but problems since then. The camper had several factory defects they did not bother to address before we picked up our camper including doors not closing all of the way, an outside hatch being incorrectly keyed, and gapping around the front door. They also did not clean the sawdust and construction debris out like they promised. They lost the title for our trade-in and took over a month to finally issue us the title for our new camper after they miraculously found the missing title. Any time we called with a question or problem, we were told "the person you need to talk to isn't in today." Sometimes, we would finally get a call back days later. Sometimes we would follow up and be told "oh you are on my list to call back." We finally had to take our rig in to complete some of the warranty work they didn't take care of pre-pick up, we also asked them to pitch 3 small cuts in the roof that were caused by a tree branch earlier in the summer. When they finally called back to give us a quote for the roof repair, we were quoted $16,000 for an entire roof replacement. Needless to say we were shocked. This isn't our first camper or first roof repair. This was a patch job that we can and will complete on our our, not a full roof replacement. When we asked what it would cost just to do the patch work, we were told $1,000. We told them to skip the roof repair, and to just do the warranty work. 3/4 of the warranty claims were completed to our satisfaction. One, the gapping around the door wasn't addressed even though it was listed on our claim sheet. We were so disgusted at this point that we decided to fix that ourselves as well and never return to this location again. As we attempted to hook up to leave, we discovered that our battery was dead, and they hadn't bothered to give it a charge before they dumped our rig in the parking lot.
