    Might want to update your store hours. I drove over a hour for parts today,Sunday December 21, 2020 cause I googled your hours and they said you was open!!

    Rich and the guys in Service did a great job! I called Matt in Parts while on the road and 20 minutes later I rolled in. Technician was out promptly to install 4 new coach batteries! Council Bluffs Camping World is a destination for me each time I travel through the area. Outstanding service!

    Terrible customer support in the service department. Had my camper 6 months and made no repairs. Stay far away from this place!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience when I back less than 24 hours later to return items. I was met by a very aggressive woman with glasses and a beanie. She told me she could not do anything for my boots return because I had worn them for one day, despite telling her they were super tight and hurting my ankles. She refused to call her district manager or customer service or anyone to get another opinion. She told me I needed to call customer service myself if I had an issue. She then tried to correlate my attempted return to the same as someone she dealt with prior that was arrested and in jail and tried to return the shoes with an unknown substance on them?? This woman clearly needs retrained and or removed from this position. She had ZERO empathy for my situation and seemed to be worried about a $225 return then making a customer happy. I know I am going to seriously reconsider future shopping at 5.11 because of her horrendous attitude and ability to be flexible and problem solve. I called customer service after I left the store and they immediately processed a return and refund. Wow, see there is an exception to most situations.

I found one hoodie in the right size and even better on a rack that said 20% off lowest marked price. So I picked it up and headed over to select some dog treats. When I got to the checkout, I told the cashier I had found the hoodie on a sale rack. He said," Yep!" which made me think I was going to get the 20% off. However, in the car I looked at my receipt and saw I was not given 20% off the lowest marked price, just the lowest marked price. Clutching my receipt, I went back in and made sure I had read the sign right before going to the cashier. He agreed with me, refunded my original purchase, and then charged me the discounted price as shown on the store display. I'm not sure why it happened this way, but this time I paid the price I was expecting. Tractor Supply is a really interesting store with quite a variety of merchandise. It's fun to walk around and look at everything. Even though it seems to cater to farmers, ranchers, and those folks who live in the country, there's a lot of stuff that will appeal to us city folks too.

    Ahh... pretty sure I'd categorize this place under "Scam" and "Do not want"…read more It blows my mind that they were advertised on CNN and CNBC. I call BS. Ok so, my bf's birthday was coming up, and what do you get the man who has everything/me? (jk). No but really, he's hard to buy for. Especially since he really does have everything and I try so hard to be creative but functional with gift-giving. As someone who has had positive experiences dabbling in subscription boxes, I came across this masculine midwest man box - Freshwater Lure of the Month. I don't know too much about the costs of fishing, because I just mooch off my man, which may be why I got duped. I thought $53 for 3mos of presumably high-quality fishing gear arriving mysteriously at your doorstep would be worth it. NOPE. And I was so proud of myself, I told everyone about the awesome gift I picked out and how I totally earned myself an awesome birthday gift in return. Lol. No. I bought this 3-month subscription in April, and was advised that we'd get the April box (my BF's bday was May 3rd). By May 5th the April Box had not arrived, so I contacted customer service. They finally sent it out. The "April" box arrived May 8th. Excited and proud of myself, I eagerly watched him open the first surprise lure box that was long overdue. What a F'ing joke. It was seriously almost funny. A I'm-laughing-on-the-outside but stabbing-myself-on-the-inside kind of funny. The first tiny $18 box contained a $2.99 value lure with an introductory card containing spelling errors. Maybe next month will be better?? By June 2nd I had not received the May Box. I emailed customer service that I was ready for a refund. They offered giving me a month or two free, but I kindly clarified that I do not like the service and lures. PLEASE don't send me more. On June 6th, Becky apologized for our disappointment and advised that she had issued me a refund to my paypal account. 4 days later, after seeing no pending activity in my paypal account, I emailed her again. She then said that the founder is actually the only person who can authorize a refund. Because customer service apparently cannot service customers? Oh, and David just got married so he's unavailable. She said he'd be back from his honeymoon next week and will issue the refund. I emailed the next week - he was still unavailable. Meanwhile we got another lure box, super late, and it was another cheap lure (under $5) that was not even in a package. The lure was just free-balling it, hooks out and everything. Long story short, it took almost 3 weeks to get my money back. I'm just grateful I finally did. And I'm back to formulating the perfect birthday gift.
