    Do yourself a favor don't waste your hard-earned money here they're deceitful. They don't respect you your money or your property. I went in on march 8th my 3rd time in. I work out a dealit on a unit. I came back on the 9th to do the paperwork on the 9th and paid cash. They didn't have a mattress in it yet. The said they had one, well they did, someone literally stuffed mattress in that was too big in between the cabinets on a murphy bed, it took my wife and I almost 20 minutes to get it out. I called the store no call back so, I went to the store the first guy that came out had a bad attitude. I showed him how big the mattress was that it didn't fit between the nightstands or the top cabinets . The person that put it in had to use so much force to get it in they damaged wood trim on the cabinets. I went in to the store or Thursday March 21st 12 days after the purchase. I go into the store April was there I think that was her name I asked for John she said he was off. there was a worker there he asked me what I need I told I mattress was ordered and he came back and said its not in. well he must have seen the disgust on my face and said sorry it's not going your way and was smirking and smiling. I asked him if he thought it was funny I just spent 31 grand. April said they don't pay me enough. I told her #1 nobody was talking to you 2nd there's the door if you don't like your job. without customers they don't need you. No customer service. I find out they ordered the mattress on the 8th after I picked the unit out, so they knew they didn't have the right mattress and stuffed any old one in that wasn't even close to fitting. They also said it calls for a queen, but they don't fit so they knew. I thought it was a complete unit. I would not have bought it. They weren't up front with me. I haven't been able to use it. Anybody trying to put that in should be smart enough to know it didn't fit. I tried to close it so I know the force they must have used. I told the manager I was concerned with their bad reviews before I bought, he said people only leave bad reviews. I said I'm going to leave one good bad or indifferent. Tires were supposed to be filled one was 21 pounds low the other 20 pounds when I checked them at home. The unit was dirty outside who every checked it out should be fired along with April. I bought around 25 new cars since 1990 and have never be treated this way or had these problems. please don't say you're sorry I was treated this way please call. I called your office only got worse. That unit should have been complete clean and ready to go. I would have never bought it. I gave them a chance and they blew it not at all happy. the people at corporate should make this right. They sold me something they knew it wasn't complete. I'm sorry I didn't listen to my gut. Also, another reason I bought there was because Marcus Lemonis. I used to watch the profit and knew or thought he was big on customer service. Please don't tell me your sorry please call I did. 14 days and still not complete. There were some helpful people there betide the parts counter. I found the group on Facebook 16k people. I'm going to seek legal action if something isn't done.

    Our 2021 Kodiak Dutchmen had a water leak after buying it and we brought it back and Holiday, FL techs which said it was the faucet and it was replaced along with the support wood that got wet. We then used the RV and the same leak was found again and since we were in Ocala, FL we were told to the Camping world on US 441. Their techs looked at the problem and said they fixed it but after that visit the "new faucet" handle was stripped and not right and we had planned and paid for a weekend trip to Perry, FL and the leak still was there. While on the trip I found the leak and we took a video to send to the Ocala location. Now, we brought the RV back to Ocala and showed them the video we took of me finding the leak and asked that the wood that got wet, get replaced. The Ocala office is now telling us that the Holiday office won't cover the wood replacement. My wife has chronic Lyme disease and can't come into contact with mold which is what is happening. We paid for an extended warranty and expected Camping World to honor the agreement and fix the water damaged wood and the broken handle on the faucet. I'm not sure why I need to fight to get repairs made and the Ocala store has been great to work with but the Holiday people did not even contact me to say repairs are not covered and why. The Ocala store can't order parts without approval from the Holiday location. I'm a very Unhappy Camper.
