They were one of the first to respond and provided me with clear pricing, which was WAAAAAY cheaper than the other quotes I received. I had initially requested one standard portable restroom, one ADA-compliant restroom, and two hand-wash stations. However, they informed me about their dumpster disposal service, which I was previously unaware of, and it saved me time from searching for additional vendors. I was pleased with both services for my company event. Everything was delivered and set up smoothly, and pickup/cleanup went just as easily. I appreciate J and his team's communication, friendliness, and professionalism! They truly live up to their name, "SIMPLE" Rentalz. I'll definitely be using them again for future events and highly recommend them to anyone in the Bay Area looking for great service at a great price!

I contacted Sbragia Septic Service through Yelp, and Jonathon got back to me within a day. I had him out to inspect the septic system. They pumped the tank, and told me that the problem I was told about was a non-issue, but that the in and out flow of the tank were improper. He was able to come back the next day to fix both in and out flow, and get our septic system in a better place in short order. I was highly impressed by how detailed Jonathon was in explaining what was going on with our system, how quickly he was able to affect repairs, and also the information he was able to provide should we want to upgrade our system in the future.

We had two big projects going on our property that involved things like multiple planning department visits, building department code compliance, engineering, etc, and the portion of the septic with Acuantia was by and far the worst part of everything we did. I highly regret using their services. The sad thing is that the people who work there were actually nice, and I got along well with them, but that doesn't make for a good end product. Go elsewhere and avoid a headache.

Outstanding Work on Our New Engineered Septic System…read more We had a 50-year-old septic system that was failing, and we knew replacing it would be a big undertaking. Frank's Septic Service made the whole process smooth and stress-free, with professionalism at every step. From the start, Sean took the time to visit our property and walk us through the entire process in detail. He explained each phase, from soils testing and plan review through installation, so we always knew what to expect and never felt left in the dark. His knowledge and clear communication gave us confidence right away, and he got the ball rolling quickly. Once our soils test and plan review were complete, the Frank's crew got to work. AJ, Eric, Daniel, Weiss, Jose, Ricky, and Jacob were a hardworking, well-coordinated team. They showed up ready to work, stayed focused, and finished the project ahead of schedule. Their execution was impeccable, and they kept the site clean and orderly throughout. It was clear these men take real pride in their craft and in leaving a customer's property better than they found it. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Frank's Septic Service. This kind of quality, honesty, and attention to detail is why this local, multi-generation company has stood the test of time. With Sean's leadership, we have no doubt it will continue to serve families like ours for many more years to come. Highly recommended!
