I barely tasted the white chocolate and the raspberry. The coffee was smooth but also minimal tasting. I felt like it was mainly just milk with suggestions of other flavors. I'm not expecting diabetes level sugary, but this seemed a little odd. And no, I didn't ask for the drink to be remade. If the drinks are normally like this, then that's how I'm going to judge them. She explained that the price included all of the add-ons, but when I looked at the receipt on my phone, it wasn't clear at all. In fact, the receipt made it appear as though both drinks had already been charged. I was then charged a second time for the missing drink. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, many businesses will either honor the original total or apologize for the inconvenience when the mistake is on their end. Neither happened here. To make matters worse, after paying again, I was handed drinks that were incorrect, they were the wrong size and not what I had ordered. When I questioned it, the barista simply went back to what she was doing without apologizing or offering to fix the situation. After I left, I looked at the second receipt, and it also didn't make much sense. It's really unfortunate because my family spends a lot of money here. Between my kids getting Italian sodas and our coffee runs, we're regular customers. I usually enjoy the ambiance and the staff, however, was very disappointed with my experience.
