In fact, it's the only coffee she'll buy for our espresso machine at home, which says a lot. Every time we stop in, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about the people who come through the door, not just the coffee they're serving. The shop itself is always clean, comfortable, and has a really nice atmosphere, which makes it a great place to grab a drink and relax for a few minutes. The quality of their coffee is consistently excellent. Whether we're grabbing a drink to go or picking up grounds for home, it never disappoints. If you're someone who likes supporting local coffee shops and appreciates great coffee made by great people, I definitely recommend giving Olympic Crest a try. As for the coffee, I will say I've also tried lots of cold brews in my coffee era and this one just hit different. Some coffee stands have them super watered down or just taste old. This one is honestly perfect, it's got a really good natural bean taste and the cold brew is not watered down at all. Highly recommend trying this place out!

It is worth the wait my friends, if you have the time. My go to is the Fig Old Fashioned latte. The last time I had it they didn't put a real fig in it.. so that might be one of those "when available" additions? Not sure. When my hubby asked about it for me the girl just added more syrup.. (*shrug* Not a huge deal.) Have also tried scones and avocado toast. Now.. to be brutally honest.. I get Gen X annoyed at avocado toast on a menu. Like.. I've been putting avocado on everything my whole life.. it's not a new product and rarely is it worth the price restaurants want for it.. so I roll my eyes every time I see it. BUT.. damn.
