Nolan - the Captain of this aquarium supplies ship - answered every one of My questions with patience & grace, did not talk down to Me or make Me feel stupid, and I left feeling happily hopeful that I might actually be successful in creating a fish-friendly safe & healthy environment. That was incredibly helpful because we knew exactly what we needed to bring before arriving. On the day of the party, they let us come in at 10:30 AM to set up for our 11:00 reservation. The person running the front desk was professional, helpful, and very clear about the rules and how everything worked. Most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast. They were running around, playing, and came out sweaty and happy. The games kept them entertained without the parents having to manage everything, while the adults were able to relax, eat pizza, and actually talk in the party room. When our reservation ended at 12:30, our guests helped us clean up and we finished vacating around 12:40. RGB was very reasonable and didn't try to charge us extra while we were actively cleaning and leaving. The party even continued afterward with some of the kids playing at the outdoor chess area nearby. Our son had a fantastic 6th birthday, his friends had a blast, and the parents were able to enjoy themselves too. The staff made the entire experience easy from the night before through cleanup.
