I sent my children to Camp Echo and Sequoia which was nearby. This camp was far superior!!! We loved the fact that they had the 1 month option. I loved the daily letters and photos on Bunk 1, and Instagram photos!! I was one happy Grammie!! Kudos to Camp Lakota and their staff.

Always a pleasure coming back here every year with the housing staff; however this year was not as…read moregreat as the prior years. The food was okay but killed my stomach both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Like, the breakfast hashbrowns tasted burnt as f! haha, my goodness, how can you mess that up? The lake was preoccupied with another group so I had to wait 30 minutes before being able to go in and even then, the lake was so crowded I could barely get in & out (ended up colliding with other people and falling into the lake). The ropes course was the only great part of the trip along with the fireside. I loved the activities and the bonding experience I made the past three years here, so i recommend this place if you want to do some team bonding (not really to go and relax)

Bonfire space and an indoor basketball area. The staff here is friendly and they are fairly accommodating. The food there is normal (tacos, burgers, hot dogs, salad, etc.). A fun place, if a bit far from NYC (there's actually a grocery, pizza joint, and gas station nearby). A parking lot for those with cars.

We were all anxious and signed him only for one week, and mentally ready to go pick him up early in case he wanted to come back. I remember receiving a call from one of the directors two days after Camp started. I thought: my son is homesick and they are calling to go and pick him! Instead of that, he asked to call home to beg if he can stay longer! He was having so much fun and enjoying himself. For summer 2017, he wants to stay the 4 weeks!!! He can't wait. Leaving my three-month-old baby in someone else's care for the first time, especially when…read morereturning to work so soon postpartum, was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. From the very beginning, the staff at Prime Time made that transition so much easier for me. They showed such genuine kindness and patience with both me and my baby. As a new mom, I had a lot of worries--especially when she was having trouble eating at first. Instead of brushing off my concerns, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring. They kept a close eye on her, communicated with me throughout the day, and worked with me to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she needed. Their level of care and understanding meant the world to me during a time when I was already feeling emotional about being away from her. Knowing that she was with people who were nurturing, patient, and truly cared about her well-being gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. They created a warm, supportive environment not just for the babies, but for the parents too. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they gave my daughter during such an important stage of her life. Any parent would be lucky to have their child in the care of such compassionate and dedicated caregivers. Thank you Eva, Sheyla, Brytanii, and everyone at Prime Time!! We will miss you guys!
