I had 2 children in Prime Time Middletown from 5 months on...one still attends, the other is 6 now and still has strong friendships with his buddies from Prime Time. I am particular on what my children eat and drink, keeping a safe environment and positive & patient attitude towards my little ones. Prime Time eased my worries completely as a new mom and now with my second child. The training the staff has, their complete understanding of addressing a parents concern and attention to every child's need are only some of the reasons I have recommended Prime Time to my friends. I have bragged to friends about the activities and curriculum the teachers execute with the children. My son just started kindergarten totally prepared, socially and academically. The Director Eva is amazing and has been there a long time, she knows her stuff and is absolutely wonderful at managing a fun, loving and safe center. This is a well structured, consistent, loving and FUN environment for your babies. I also have to say the teachers are SO creative in the ways they teach. Although we were very familiar and confident already with Prime Time Early Learning Center from our other family member's experiences we were of course nervous about sending our 2yo daughter in each day and for long hours at a time. Director, Eva Ramos, and the rest of the wonderful staff took great care in answering all of our questions and easing any worries we may have had on being away from our child for so long each day. It has now been about 18 months and we can honestly say it is the best thing we could have done for our little one. She has integrated into school-life so seamlessly and has developed and learned so much in such a short amount of time. We are blown away by the new things she learns and comes home with and can't thank everyone at Prime Time enough for the invaluable learning experiences that we cannot give to her while we are both at work. All of the teachers and helpers at the school have left lasting impressions with us and we are forever grateful. I can't say enough amazing things about Prime Time! My son has attended some of the "top" daycares in the NYC areas and none of them close to Prime Time. The reason for that truly is the people by way of the administrators, teachers and staff who make this daycare so very special. Prior to moving back to the area, my 1 year old son would cry every day when we dropped him off and picked him up for daycare. We figured it was because he was home with us for so long during COVID because he always seemed happy in the photos that were shared with us. Fast forward a couple weeks to when we joined Prime Time, our little guy would literally run to the staff and through the doors with his arms up so excited to start his day. The school director, Eva, is so warm and welcoming and fosters such an wonderful caring culture. We are so fortunate for Ms. Vicky who truly loves each kid and is so patient, creative and kind. Prime Time has been a part of our family for a long time. They were my now 16 y/o and my other 8 y/o daughters' second home . And just recently, my youngest daughter graduated with them as well. It is indeed bittersweet as we close our day care book chapter . We have always been very pleased with all the attention and care that they have provided to our children. We appreciate the clean environment that they came in everyday and the quality of time they spend for educational play while incorporating a great learning experience as they prepare them for kindergarten . We also cannot praise them enough for all the effort they put in to uphold the standards of their quality child care all these years. I have one son who completed the program 3 years ago and one son who is about to graduate the pre-k program in June. I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Primetime and the program. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable and available for you if you have questions or concerns. The curriculum is great. I feel it is geared to keep the kids engaged by creating a learning environment that is fun and creative. I am particularly found of the pre-k program because I feel it gives the kids a strong foundation of skills that they need to be prepared to start kindergarten without a struggle. I was happy to see this year they have geared some of the learning around the common core curriculum that the kids will be experiencing when they start school. My son loves his homework journal and folder and keeps asking for more. I would recommend the program to any parent who wants peace of mind knowing their child is in a nurturing environment and learning while they are away from them. read more

My son has been involved with the program for 7 months. I was scared at first to send him to a daycare, as he is my first child and I am so overly protective of him. I didn't send him because I didn't have the choice. i sent him because I wanted him to establish a bond with children his age. He is the only toddler in my large family, and lacked time with kids. I am so glad I sent him. Not only does he love the staff, but he comes home talking about all his little friends he plays with while he's there. Sometimes I have to pry him off the toys to get him to leave with me, which says a lot considering he is attached at my hip any other time. The atmosphere is clean, professional, and staff is friendly. i know he is in good hands each time I leave him. His vocabulary is amazing, and he is smart as a whip! When my son was born I was lucky enough to be able to spend six months home with him. I knew that come the next school year, however, I would need to go back to work. Being a childhood educator I was very concerned about the environment of the school we would send our son to. As soon as I entered Prime Time I knew that was the place for us. The staff was helpful and informative and the feeling throughout the classrooms was warm and inviting. Since we enrolled our son he has learned to be self sufficient, he is talking, walking, and he will even be starting potty training at school soon. His teachers have always been supportive and helpful, something that a first time mom needs! I do not regret my decision to send my son here for one minute. I am so thankful to Eva and Sharon for always taking amazing care of my little boy and for hiring teachers that love our kids the way we do. I started taking my son to them at 6 months old. He is now 18 months and runs to see his teachers, especially Ms. Megan. They are all fantastic. They let you stay as long as you need to in order to acclimate your child to daycare (and I'm a wreck leaving my child anywhere). Everyone I've met is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell that they love their jobs and they have as much fun teaching as the children love learning! I love the security that they have in place for the children. Everyone has their own 2 part code to get in and cameras everywhere. You can rest easy that your child(ren) are getting the best care possible. I have been using Prime Time for 3 years for childcare and I overall have had a great experience! My son loves all the activities he does at this daycare and frequently shows off all his artwork at home. I really feel like he is learning a lot. The app the daycare uses is informative and easy to use. I love that I can check the app to see what activies my son is doing, what he ate, and how long his nap was. The pictures they post on the app are great too! The teachers and director are great communicators and never hesitate to reach out when any problems or issues arise. I loved it so much, I recently enrolled my 5 month old when I returned to work and they have made the transition for my baby as easy as possible. read more

Last year, my husband and I were put in a situation where we had to raise our grandson. My first thought, since we both work full time, was to call Eva. My daughter went to Prime Time years ago and loved it. I was lucky that she had one opening left for his age group. He came to me last June and was just about to turn 2. He did not speak and today he doesn't stop. He has learned so much from them. It is not only a school, but a nurturing environment. When he falls, he doesn't only get ice, but hugs and kisses as well. He just loves going there and never gives me a hard time. The hours certainly fit my busy schedule. After moving away from family we were looking for a daycare that would feel like family and boy did we find it at Prime Time. From the moment we took the tour we felt this would be a great place for our boys to learn, play and explore. They are able to get outside most days, come home with amazing artwork, and love going every day. I was so anxious for my youngest to start after being home with me for a year but the staff at Prime Time eased him into the classroom and really made him feel at home. When our family moved up here from NYC we were nervous to put our then 18 mo old daughter in daycare . We decided on Prime Time because everyone was so nice and we felt so comfortable leaving our daughter there .. Our daughter is now 6 y/o and loves to go to prime time on her snow days and or days off from school . I have also chosen Prime Time again for our 6 mos old daughter . As any mom dropping off an infant is difficult but the Head teacher in her classroom Mrs Theresa is AWESOME .. the smile my daughter has on her face when she sees her in the morning is PRICELESS .. Since the first time we went to Prime looking for a childcare for our daughter, we knew is a very special place. From the director to the assistants you can feel the confidence your child is in good hands. Our daughter loves everyday there. Me and my daughter loves this school. They are great helping with potty training and they are very responsible. The teachers and staff are helpful and very friendly. My daughter loves it there and the kids are great also. I also love the fact they have a summer camp included in their programs. I have been a part of the Primetime family for the last 6 years. Primetime offers a safe loving caring and supportive environment. My girls have been through every class and have learned a lot. PARENTS BEWARE!!! They're not transparent on rates or fees. I contacted this company multiple times asking what there rates are and was told via email by a woman named Eva "Unfortunately we do not send out our rates." How are parents supposed to know what they can afford if you're unwilling to disclose your rates? This is truly bizzare and poor practice. I wouldnt trust this place with my child if I can't even trust them to be honest and open with rates. read more

Absolutely love this center! I trust that my children are well cared for and safe, without any doubt they are having fun every single day, and the teachers and staff are so warm and welcoming. Through my countless questions and request they are completely understanding and absolutely accommodating.
