That peace of mind as a parent is truly priceless as I work all day long. The staff are caring, warm, and inclusive to all children. They've created a safe environment where my son has been able to grow and build connections with staff and kids. My son looks forward to seeing his teachers each day in his class and all of his friends. He is happy to go, comes home smiling, and has formed strong bonds with both staff and friends. We appreciate all of the updates we receive and enjoy seeing daily pictures of what he did throughout the day.

From the very beginning, the staff at Prime Time made that transition so much easier for me. They showed such genuine kindness and patience with both me and my baby. As a new mom, I had a lot of worries--especially when she was having trouble eating at first. Instead of brushing off my concerns, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring. They kept a close eye on her, communicated with me throughout the day, and worked with me to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she needed. Their level of care and understanding meant the world to me during a time when I was already feeling emotional about being away from her. Knowing that she was with people who were nurturing, patient, and truly cared about her well-being gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. They created a warm, supportive environment not just for the babies, but for the parents too. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they gave my daughter during such an important stage of her life. Any parent would be lucky to have their child in the care of such compassionate and dedicated caregivers. Thank you Eva, Sheyla, Brytanii, and everyone at Prime Time!! We will miss you guys!

Now he is back for afterschool, along with my newborn baby boy. There are several qualities that this facility has. The facility it self is out of the way for me, and I pass several daycares on my way from work to home, but the travel ( an extra 15 min. locally) is worth my peace of mind. First off, the staff deserves a round of applause! You will NEVER find a center that fosters team work like New Wonders, Val & Melissa are a burst of positive energy. Every staff member always looks happy and engaged with the children, it makes me feel like I am leaving my baby with " grandma" in a way. They provide lunch, and snacks, they have a musician/dancer come in each week and interact with the kids. My boys ALWAYS go outside for walks/play. They have a camera system, so you can watch your babies online from work or on your cell phone. They have an online portal where you can read daily notes, and see pictures of your baby's milestones. I just saw a picture of my 3 month old doing tummy time and holding his head up :) Sorry for the long winded post but I'm sure if your looking for care you care to read what locals have to say. My kids are my heart, and I don't have to worry at all with them here. BTW: I only had 1 instance where my older son was sick, and he was here for 2 years so that IS expected and normal. I never had any concerns regarding cleanliness. They care about the upkeep and you will see beautiful art work posted on the bulletin boards. They do annual class photo's, fundraisers, etc.

I wish I took her crying upon arrival as a sign that she was not happy at the previous daycare. Since attending little scholars I have seen growth in my child and am confident that she gets the attention and care she needs while attending. The Little Scholars Daycare facility is an unsafe and poorly managed environment for any children…read more The directors (Tracy Adam McClintock & Lisa Adam) show little to no genuine care for the kids, often failing to notify parents when injuries or accidents occur. Staff members have been known to take children behind the building to use the bathroom outside (was given direct permission from Tracy) which is both unsanitary and unacceptable. Lisa goes out every hour or so to go smoke a cigarette and comes back inside making the whole facility smell like cigarettes (picks up babies, as little as 6 months, smelling like cigarettes). Different age groups are mixed together, creating unsafe and chaotic conditions. The facility itself is filthy, there have been spotting of rats and rat poop in the back classrooms. Tracy and Lisa consistently neglect the children's needs, with Lisa being openly rude and Tracy showing no regard for her staff members nor ever try to step up to help a teacher in a classroom. Instead of addressing serious issues to higher up/NYS state, they attempt to hide them (pay a lot of money to not get in trouble). etc etc etc... overall, Little Scholars is not a trustworthy or safe environment for any child.
