They had a camera system that they had no idea wasn't working until my child was enrolled and I kept asking about it. Most of the staff are inexperienced, unqualified and they have an app they NEVER use.. so if you'd like to know updates about your child, forget about it!! Where I drew the line was picking up my child and they were STARVING. Hysterically crying from how much belly pain they were in and kept asking to eat after every food that was given once we got home. I assumed my child wasn't fed since I gave them breakfast that morning. They're lucky I didn't have proof, otherwise it would've been a lawsuit! Their tuition is NOT worth what they "provide". Save yourselves and your children!!!

From the very beginning, the staff at Prime Time made that transition so much easier for me. They showed such genuine kindness and patience with both me and my baby. As a new mom, I had a lot of worries--especially when she was having trouble eating at first. Instead of brushing off my concerns, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring. They kept a close eye on her, communicated with me throughout the day, and worked with me to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she needed. Their level of care and understanding meant the world to me during a time when I was already feeling emotional about being away from her. Knowing that she was with people who were nurturing, patient, and truly cared about her well-being gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. They created a warm, supportive environment not just for the babies, but for the parents too. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they gave my daughter during such an important stage of her life. They went on to say my 2.5 year old son would first have to enroll (so money would need to be exchanged and contracts signed) and then (and only then) would he (and only he) be allowed into their business. I was informed that I would not under any circumstances be allowed through their doors: "We would show him around but you can't go in with him." This is not recommended behavior by any child care policy setting body in the US. It's sickening to think that this business actually thinks this is an acceptable way to introduce toddlers to day care. It's actually alarming and disgusting.
