I had a great time at Lazy F Camp this past weekend going along with a mushroom foraging club. Tucked away near the Manastash river, it's got great views and such chill vibes. The reason I gave it five stars was because the cafeteria staff was incredibly accommodating for diverse diets, not to mention the food was fantastic. Being vegan, going to something like this is generally a miss but they delivered and I was going back for seconds. The only improvement they'd need to make would be adding some other proteins, like tempeh or tofu, for that truly bomb curry we had. A+ and we will be back.

Of course my first few years were accompanied by my parents who were working or attending the summer camps. As soon as I was "of age" I started going as a camper. Going to Lazy F was something I looked forward to every year. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The cabins and food lodge are all clean and well maintained. Nearly every person I've ever encountered working there is professional but still fun oriented. There are a few different places to hike, and a pond to fish in (though I hear it may have over flown since I've been there so I am not entirely sure what type of situation that is). There are some beautiful big open fields for activities. And every time I've been there I've seen deer and other wild life at LEAST once. Even in the winter it's beautiful with a great hill for inner-tubing down. It is a great place to make memories that will last for a lifetime.
