His fur was already super long and I asked if they could fully groom him and they said no. When I picked him up he was in the office with huge dogs (he is 7 pounds and small) and he was in the corner scared to death. Then I called back 3 weeks later asking if they could please give him a full groom, and they said yes. I dropped him off at 10am, and asked if he could please not be kept with a bunch of big dogs and they just said "oh they're nice". Then they called me at 2pm (4 HOURS later) to tell me he had mats and they would need to shave him. I am fully aware that he had a small mat on his leg and a small one under his neck so I asked if they could just shave those areas, and they said no. I didn't want my puppy completely shaved so they said I could pick him up and brush them out myself. So not only did they not fully groom him the first time I brought him, they had him today for 4 hours and hadn't even started on him, lied about his mats, and suggested I just brush him myself and bring him back. I will never come here again. I also heard a groomer yelling at a dog that was whining "STOP IT!!!! IM NOT EVEN TOUCHING YOU" (in a super mean tone) Which I thought was highly inappropriate. And they never actually answer the phone. (I also echo the other review here - they let dogs pee and poop in the areas they keep them in and they walk all around in it)

I'm updating my review because I asked this facility for a refund after my dog's condition declined…read moreunder their care. In response, they told me to first remove my reviews from Google and Yelp in order to process the refund. That alone reflects how they handle complaints and accountability. I boarded my dog Mishka here while attending my sister's funeral one of the most difficult times in my life. The photos they sent showed Mishka looking terrified and unwell, but they kept saying she was "doing great." I asked four times for my emergency contact (my nephew, who has a close bond with her) to visit and check on her. They denied every request. I also asked that she be walked, and they didn't cooperate. I noticed in two or three playtime photos that she was on a leash, and when I asked why, they said it was for her safety because she's a jumper but isn't this supposed to be a place designed for dogs to play? When I picked her up, she was dirty, had visible signs of diarrhea, and her ribs were showing. A vet confirmed she had lost over 13% of her body weight and suspected stress from boarding as the cause. At first, the facility said they would review covering the vet bill then later refused. Instead of taking responsibility, they focused on silencing my experience.

She always looks and smells great when I pick her up, and she always has the cutest little bows in her hair! My little girl always seems happy when we leave and of course always looks precious. They're reasonably priced and they never keep her "all day"; she's always ready within a couple of hours after drop off, so I feel like she doesn't just sit and wait in a cage like most other salons. This is a great spa day for my fur baby.

Pam and all of the sitters at Love and Kisses who have taken care of them have made traveling possible for me! They always do an EXCELLENT job and, most importantly, follow the medication schedule. When I come home, the pups are happy to see me, but they are also calm and not starving for attention because they have been so lovingly care for. I can't recommend Love and Kisses enough!

I don't think I would ever take my dog here for a few reasons:…read more -The man working in the building could not or would not answer any questions I asked. Apparently, his wife is the only one that knows anything about anything related to the business. With him knowing so little, it scares me that he may not be knowledgeable enough to be left alone in charge of the dogs. -I know dogs pee everywhere. However, this does not mean it is ok for a doggy daycare to reek of pee. It smelled so so badly. It looked dingy too. Im sure your dog would likely smell of pee when you picked him up. I can't say I've ever left my dog at this facility. I can say that after walking in the building and speaking to the man who owns it, I would not consider this as somewhere I would trust with my dog.

I trust them implicitly with my 2 dogs. My dogs absolutely love them and their kids and all the other daycare dogs and boarders. Adam and Ashley are very observant of my dogs interactions with other dogs and the entire operation is very well managed. Very dependable, great communication, great people. I love the pictures they send out daily through the Paw Partner app. Lots of fun pictures showing all the personalities and very cute moments of the day. They use Paw Partner as their app for reservations, business, vaccination status, communications, etc. and it's pretty decent. Because I have 2 dogs, cost is a big deal for me. The daycare and boarding are priced right and they even do dog washes/grooming for a decent price as well. Plus I don't have to make a grooming appointment in advance for one of my days off as my dogs are already there!! I highly and 100% recommend this business. This review is long overdue. I've been using them now for almost 2 years and cannot imagine how I would manage my dogs to go to my job or go on vacation without them.
