You have to leave your dog for a minimum of four hours. During your pets stay your able to view the webcam they have . So you can check on your fur baby. My pup passed the assessment and had a blast! She came home so pooped out. While my pup was staying for boarding, I would check in on her. I'd see my pup playing with the other dogs. Even getting attention from the staff. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely will be taking my pup here again whether it's for the day or boarding. This place is awesome :)

I watched him on the camera for 30 minutes leading up to this & not doing anything that would constitute this type of jerk on his neck. Video won't let me post more than 12 seconds, but afterwards, he walks away shaking his head. However, this other dog can clearly hump without a single action being taken. If they do this on camera, how are they treating them when they aren't? I called to share my concern & asked if there was any way he could be ready sooner, as I would like to go ahead and get him. They were not able to bathe him until his scheduled time, so I said that was fine and came when I got the text that he was ready. Before I even got my 2nd foot in the door, they had a camera out trying to justify this action- even saying she never moves, it was my dog that jerked!!! There is no justification- if they did believe he was going to attempt to hump a dog (something I've never seen him attempt in 7 years), this still isn't warranted. They continued, and I asked multiple times for them to please bring me my dog, that I wanted to pay and leave. Not a trustworthy place of business. **Also anyone who commented with concern about what they saw in this video from the daycare/boarding, they will now refuse grooming service for your dog instead of taking accountability for this employee's behavior.** Total accountability issues with this place!

RC's was a very last resort for us. I called a week ahead and made a reservation for my 3-year-old…read morefemale Cane Corso. At booking, I told Rachael what breed my dog was and asked if she was familiar. She said yes, we scheduled drop-off for 7/17. On Wednesday, I called to confirm my appointment and was told by Rachael that the cost would be $40.00 at drop-off and to add an additional 5% for cash app or credit card. No big deal, so on drop-off day I was unpleasantly surprised by the area where my dog would be staying in. There were flies and garbage everywhere, although I had reservations about the janky looks of the place I had no other option because I was leaving for Atlanta, GA in an hour. I was taken aback when I asked if she (Racheal) could give my dog a bath and she responded that she uses Dawn dish soap. I wouldn't wash a bed but with dawn dish soap. By 8:56 after an 8:15-8:20 am drop I was called about my dog escaping from the cage she was put in. Keep in mind that the cage was new and just set up the day prior or so. I asked questions about whether the cage was secured etc. and Rachael insisted that she didn't see how my dog was able to escape, she attempted to blame my dog for knocking the glass frame out of her door and demanded that I pay for damages. If my dog was the sole reason why the glass door frame had fallen out of the door I would have no issue with replacing it. But I know better and clearly, this was an opportunity for Rachael to get her already faulty door replaced. I didn't have a good feeling about pick up, something was off. So prior to my arrival I requested a law enforcement escort to pick up my dog. I'm a black woman and to be completely honest, I was not willing to take the chance. if you've considered boarding here and you've had the opportunity to see where these people live you would understand. So upon my arrival, Rachael and whoever else was out there were super nice and quickly realized I was not there to play and just wanted to get my dog. Just before I left, Racheal started getting loud, telling me my dog was not welcomed there and that I was gonna pay for damages, etc. I'm so glad I decided to have the escort because for some reason she wanted to aggravate the situation by yelling and acting like a child. To make matters 1000% worse she didn't feed my dog the entire time she was there. My dog eats a very specific food and what I left for her wasn't touched. I wanted to share my experience although I realize some people will still book because this place is cheap and well, all the other places might be booked. All I'm saying is I wouldn't use this " boarding" facility to board a bed bug, there are no contracts involved at all. Also, I would not have given it a star but I had to. Please see the pictures for proof. Just beware!

When I picked him up, he was limping and had a dislocated elbow as well as several scratches and abrasions. He was also clearly not fed as he has dropped enough weight that I can now see his rib cages. When communicating with Rachel and asking her what happened as well as for a refund, she agreed. When it came time to do so, she blocked my calls and refused to communicate or take responsibility. Instead, she contacted the police and told them I was harassing her. I have since contacted a lawyer and have reported her.

I was frantically calling around on a Saturday morning to find a vet that not only would squeeze him in, but had in-house labs for the bloodwork! Bingo!! After many failed attempts, these guys were it!! Squeezed me in, were warm and friendly and caring. And THOUROUGH!! LISTENED to our concerns and followed through with them as well! Doctor also did personal research on the breed (my baby is a Savannah kitty) just to enlighten himself on some of his concerns (ie some states this breed isn't legal, are there any special quirks in treating opposed to other cats (no) etc.. and shared his invites with me upon picking him up) That was above and beyond call of duty IMO and appreciated!! His treatment plan was throughly discussed prior to starting... and the pricing was more than fair!!! I'm in this area half the year, and these guys are deff going to be my go-to vet!!! Separate entrances for cats and dogs... and the cat exam room even has a custom tree on the exam table!!
