Camp Gladiator helped me rehab from knee surgery and now I am using it to help others in a plethora of ways! I have heard so many stories of the lives that this amazing program has touched and I am proud to be one of them. Just yesterday, I had a conversation with a strong young female that chose not to continue on with CG. Her reasoning was that she had bad asthma and she has a hard time working out outside. She does CG all through the winter months with us when her allergies are under control and has recommended 5 of her closest friends because she believes in the program so much! There is no other gym or fitness program on the planet with such a strong hold in community ties and family values. The people that I work out with are my closest friends and even family. I would count on them for anything because when you sweat together, you become family! read more

These people have no problem using deceptive practices to rope you into memberships for longer than you think you're signing up for. Good luck cancelling too - they're no better than the legacy gyms that we all left in search of a better option. Surprise, surprise. This company is so desperate for short term dollars they have no issues screwing over people with terrible contracts. And if you don't believe it, just search "camp gladiator scam" - there is no shortage of people complaining about Camp Gladiator. read more

Camp Gladiator is an amazing workout with an amazing community. I have tried gyms, Orange Theory, CrossFit, and so many others but I have never stuck to any of them until I started training with Camp Gladiator. My fitness level is better than it has ever been. The trainers are dedicated and committed to every members fitness! After signing up I had to put my membership on freeze which was not a problem and I was notified of when the freeze would start and end. I would highly recommend Camp Gladiator over any other fitness community I have tried! read more

I called to cancel my account on 7/12/21 and was instructed that another (better) option would be to freeze my account at no additional cost to me. I had already fulfilled my contract, so canceling would have also been no additional cost. Nonetheless, decided to go ahead and freeze the account at their recommendation. Eventually, the auto payment was restarted without indicating me, and I was charged $71.09 three times ($213.27 in total) before noticing. I had not attended any sessions or used the company's services in anyway since freezing the account, so I was disappointed when I was told they wouldn't be able to provide a refund. I would've guessed their intention when persuading someone to freeze instead of cancel their account is for that person to eventually re-consider and start going to classes again, and not to take advantage of the situation and charge someone without them noticing. But their decision not to provide a refund has me second guessing that theory. Overall wouldn't recommend Camp Gladiator. Before having this billing issue, I would've said that their workouts are pretty average to begin with. Now, I'd advise to steer clear.. I'd recommend using Orange Theory or F45 who offer better overall fitness and customer service experiences. read more

LOVE!! CG has literally changed my life. I have tried so many group fitness groups - ranging from boxing, Zumba, yoga, pilates, every gym under the sun, very expensive studios, and more! I have never stuck with anything or seen the results that I have with Camp Gladiator. The workouts are fun and interesting and always different. The community is like a family and in addition to working out, we do fun social events. They make you feel so comfortable. The monthly cost is very affordable. I could go on and on -- you should try it! read more

Camp gladiator has been life changing for me, I'm down 4 pants sizes, I have my confidence back. I'm stronger. And I've made connections and a community around myself I couldn't even imagine. I love the trainers. Larsyn, Amy, Jerry, and Derek are amazing and keep me going when I wanna give up. I recommend camp gladiator to almost anyone that will listen. Camp Gladiator - Trainers Near Me

593 checking later I'm still extremely happy with the decision I took four year earlier! Amazing trainers leading various work out, never the same, fun, challenging. The trainers are knowledgeable And always knows how to give us modification if needed. But the most important is the community of athletes who supports each other. I made amazing friends in my CG community. To work out with CG, you don't need to be an athlete of course... The workouts are adaptable for every level !!!! read more

I've been with Camp Gladiator since 2020 and even though I truly enjoyed working out with them for two years. I moved from Texas to Colorado in 2023. I called them multiple times in the fall of 2023 to cancel my membership since I had an ACL/meniscus tear and then I had a baby. Nobody answers the phone #. It is very upsetting to not have a way to communicate with anyone when you are paying $69 monthly ($79 now). I then proceeded to email them. My email bounced back saying that I should use their chat bot on the website. I used the Chat Bot on the website but unfortunately, when I enter "I need to cancel my membership". It does not let me. It keeps saying "Contact your trainer" (which I do not have one, he left CG and I no longer live in Texas). The chat bot has several responses but none of them allow me to cancel. I've happily paid $2346 for the months I was using CG but at this point I paid Camp Gladiator $552 for nothing... because they do not have a way for a person to cancel virtually... I even called my bank to dispute and the resolution team of my bank said that Camp Gladiator denied my request to get money back for months unused! I will be filing a complaint with Texas Consumer Protection because this is ridiculous. Camp Gladiator went down! I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Again, for the price of $79 a month, they should provide a way to reach out to them and talk to someone. Very very disappointing read more

I am so very disappointed in this company! I started an online membership after working out a few times. After 2 months I have realized the workouts are not for me ( I prefer Zumba- weight training while I watch TV) I called today to cancel and customer service representative Matthew told me basically sucks to be you - you still have to pay an additional 10 months on your subscription- can't talk to anyone else about it - Cheerio. Seriously!?!?!!?!?!? Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue. Wish I'ld have read reviews ahead of time. Don't waste your money go somewhere they will treat you fairly! read more

DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS GROUP! They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel a membership. Their customer service is AWFUL, you have to wait 30+ minutes on hold to talk to an actual person and they give you the run around and don't actually do anything for you. I have been trying to cancel my membership for a YEAR now and keep getting told "their system" does not allow for me to cancel until my 1 year is completed - which is next month. I called 6 months ago and was told I could cancel 30 days in advance, which is now... guess what they now tell me I have to call AGAIN next month to cancel - and I am sure they are going to "renew" me without my permission. I joined because I wanted to get back into shape, but the closest group is an hour away from me - HOWEVER, it is less than their "30 miles" requirement to cancel membership, they don't care about traffic, construction and other issues that make the drive over an hour away... so I am stuck paying $80 a month for something I used for 1 month. read more

Huge scam. Currently moved due to coronavirus pandemic and was told they "can't do anything" unless I'm further than 30 miles to one of their camp locations. I asked them why would it even matter if all of their workouts are virtual, and they have no idea as to when they will be starting. The closest camp to me is over 35 minutes and they still don't even pretend to care. Will never recommend this to someone. Sucks because workouts are not bad, but it's not worth the headache they put you through. If you sign up for one of their packages, till death do you part. read more

I super wish I could give negative stars! It all started out ok - working out virtually was fine. Not camp gladiators fault but I moved on to other workouts. I knew I had a 2 year commitment and continued to pay for a service that I wasn't using - but hey - that is the exercise industry's bread and butter. The issue came up when they wen't through a migration and somehow my credit card info didn't get transferred over correctly. This happened right at my 2 year commitment time. They sent me a text and email saying my account was in suspension and I could access the material but that was it. I didn't hear from them again until October 5th when they sent me an email saying they were taking me to collections for the 5 months of monthly fee for a service I COULDN'T ACCESS because my account was in suspension because they didn't charge the credit card that had always been on file with them. Now I have to pay them for the 5 months of service I couldn't use to even cancel my account. GROSS BUSINESS PRACTICES. All of the reviews say the same thing and I wish i would have read them first. Also - before you sign up - go to the BBB site - 23 PAGES of complaints - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

BEWARE. Worst fitness company ever when it comes to contract agreements. While I absolutely loved our instructor and the class, I came to a point where I needed to cancel my membership. They won't let you unless you have a strong medical reason or are moving away. I wish I knew this before getting in this contract with them. If you want to consider them, DO NOT do a long contract. Start with a few months even though it is more expensive. You will pay more in the long run if you do a lengthy contract. I suggest 3 months at the most in the beginning. Word to the wise, unlike other fitness memberships that charge you $200 to get out of your contract, Camp Gladiator will not. They will keep their claws in you and never let go. They are brutal and ruthless when it comes to trying to get out of your contract. No other company has ever been so repulsive to deal with. Glad to finally put this behind me. Good riddance. read more

No refunds ever and no accountability for employee errors. I enjoyed the workouts, I enjoyed the trainer. I knew I would be moving internationally within the time of my membership. I was told multiple times: 1. I can put my membership on hold up to 3 months per year 2. I can cancel if moving more than 25 miles So, it's time for my big move and one of my final tasks...call CG. I call, everything goes ok...I explain I'm moving far away and I want to cancel. I'm told I need to send proof of my move, a lease will suffice. Sounds good, I will put my membership on hold until I can email my new lease and cancel. No, big deal. 5,000+ miles and a month later I look at my bank account and $75 was promptly charged for my monthly fee. I assumed there was a misunderstanding, the worker had put my account on hold, they understood I was moving internationally, I expected to call receive a refund and move on. Nope! The customer service rep would not escalate my request to a manager. Why would I want a 1 month hold only? I really expected to put my membership on hold until I reinstate. Or I thought it would auto reinstate after the 3 months. At least if I was told this I could have called again to prevent the charge. CG has a zero refund policy. Long story short, I sent my lease and the membership was supposedly canceled. I'm pretty much expecting another charge or fee or something. I know times are hard and it really came across as they needed the money and this is the normal way they handle business. read more

I'm sad to be leaving such a low review because the workouts through camp gladiator are actually awesome. However, there business practices (as other people have noted) are very frustrating and disappointing. I signed up for camp gladiator through a promotion and then after my promotion ended I talked through different membership options with my trainer. I decided to sign up for a 12 month membership. I was very happy with my membership and workouts for the next two months, but then my trainer left the company and the location I was going to closed. He was reassuring that we would be able to cancel our memberships if another location didn't work for us. I was unfortunately unable to make workouts at the other location near me (there was only one) due to my work schedule and I called and spoke to several people about this. I was offered no apologies or exceptions and was told I had to keep my membership because there was a location within 30 miles of where I lived and I had to make that work, even though this was not possible with my work schedule. I had signed up for CG because there was a location near my work, not my home. I understand that I signed up for 12 months, but I have never been a part of a gym or workout group that had no exceptions at all, even if the location I was going to closed. This had nothing at all to do with anything that changed on my end, it was completely CG's fault that I could no longer attend workouts. After a long 10 months of paying for a membership that I was not once able to use, I was so happy to finally be rid of these monthly payments, and then a charge still appeared in my credit card even though my 12 months were up. They apparently keep charging your card every month even after your contract is up unless you contact them to cancel. Additionally, I tried to contact them to cancel multiple times and received a message every time saying the call volume was too high and to try calling another time. There was no option to leave a voicemail or receive a call back. Finally, I emailed and received an email back after 3 days saying I could call to cancel. I was finally able to reach someone and cancel, but the whole company and practice just seems very shady after all this. If I was able to cancel when their location closed I would have been more than happy to rejoin once the location near me re-opened or if more class times opened at the other location was was close to me. I do think the workout philosophy and workouts were good, but I had such a bad experience from a customer service and corporation standpoint that I will never join GC again and I sincerely hope they change their practices in the future. read more

they press u into a contract and and if u decide it ain't for u. to bad u paying anyway. and if u don't they go after ur credit.

If you are looking for an easy gimmick to get in shape then read no further. However, if you are looking for an awesome challenging workout and a way to meet people to keep you accountable all the while having fun - then Camp Gladiator is for you. CG is a 'boot camp' class which incorporates cardio, muscle and core strength and interval training among other things. The workouts are an hour long and are different every single session. Most common exercises are variations of squats, pushups, jumping jacks, running, ab exercises and such. While that sounds difficult and repetative, the trainers do a great job at creating fun team games and competitions as well as individual circuits to keep it fresh and exciting. I am a 24 year old male, 5'10 and was 197 lbs before I began Camp Gladiator in June 2012. I had put on a decent amount of college weight and had spent the past five years fluctuating between 190 - 200 lbs. I was always in average athletic shape - not horribly out of shape, but no athlete by any means. I went to the gym every so often or went for the occasional jog while trying to play soccer whenever I had the time (not often). I always thought that I could get in shape with this sort of a regiment if I just kept myself more accountable, but as is the case with any working 8 - 5 person that is easier said than done. I learned about Camp Gladiator at my apartment complex during a free trial week. After reading about it and watching videos I figured I'd give it a go. It looked a little tough but I'll try anything once and I figured I could handle it...WRONG. I don't think I've ever had a better workout in my life. I went back again later that week and from that point forward I was hooked. Looking back to July, it is amazing how much my fitness has improved. I am down to 180 lbs but more so I've noticed a considerably difference in the tone of my body, my apperance and strength. I can run much faster and for much longer distances than I could not even 6 months ago - it really is a night and day comparison. I'm wearing clothes that haven't fit in years, and I am easily in the best shape I've been in since I played competitive soccer in high school. WHAT MAKES CG GREAT are the trainers and also the people. Jenny, Desiree & Ryan are the three trainers here in Denver and are passionate and fantastic at their jobs. They find the perfect balance between pushing you to go farther and harder but without being derogatory or demoralizing. Beyond just the workouts they provide support and encouragement in nutrition and accomplishing other fitness and non fitness goals - they really are essentially your personal trainers. I've also met so many other 'Contenders' who have become good friends and are there to provide encouragement and support. It makes a world of difference when you have a group of people to provide you with accountability and support. I can't believe I'm getting all this for just $69 a month - it truly is a steal. Go try it once - you'll be hooked! read more

This is great! I started out slow. My 1st class I ever took was in the cold and rain. And the work out was tough, but I made it through it. I am 52 and about 60 pnds over weight. IT WILL COME OFF! Rich (the DTC Trainer) is excellent. He will help you and modify the different the exercises for you and will keep you motivated. The work outs are not easy, but they are different each time. I have learned to go at my own pace and work at my level. I highly recommend giving this a try. I have signed up for 5 more monthly sessions and I will lose that weight. Oh by the way, you feel great afterwords. A real sense of accomplishment. GO CG. read more

Signed the 12-month contract wanted to cancel would not let me...i owe 1,234.00 for something I did not use. my payments were 45-55 a month after I could not afford it they just kept trying to make money every month....Also in order for them to keep a tab of you attending their workouts, they have a tablet that sits on a table near the entrance or nearby the workouts and you would sign in using your phone number. Every time you sign in those turn into points. It's on my credit report which ill handles that with someone. You can't charge someone for something they don't use. read more

Camp Gladiator is a SCAM!!! Don't do it!! The trainer told me I was paying $75 for a few classes and I thought, why not, she's a struggling mom. I didn't realize I was signed up for a year of this company withdrawing $79 from my account every month. They wont let you cancel. You basically have to have a doctors note that says you are unable to exercise before they will consider cancelling the account. This company is a nightmare. Unless you want to spend $600 minimum I would warn against giving these people your credit card information. read more

KNOW BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! I have given CG 3+ years, so here is an honest review. I signed up for CG under a promotion while living in Cary, NC. Camps are provided by various trainers at various locations during scheduled times. The trainers are awesome and the workouts are lots of fun! I currently live in Katy, TX. The CG trainers are great here too, but life has changed and CG no longer works for me. Problem 1: As a bold member, you do not pay by the camp. You pay by the month. Camps are set up as 4 week camps followed by a bold week. There are 52 weeks in a year, so approximately 10 camps per year. Good luck finding a camp during bold week and over the holidays. Even though you are charged "full price" for December, the schedule is VERY limited over the holidays as many trainers are traveling or just take off. Time off during the holidays is understandable, but bold members are still paying for a service which becomes very limited once every five weeks and over the holidays. There are also periods when trainers are gone for CG corporate events like training and CG games. Often schedules would be adjusted at these times as well. Problem 2: Trainer turnover The trainers I have had experience with are amazing! They are wonderful people who do care about their campers. However, recent experience has been with lots of trainer turnover. Often when a trainer leaves, the location is sacrificed and it is up to the camper to find another camp to attend. Many times, I ended up going out of my way to attend a camp. Good luck to all of the trainers moving on to new endeavors! You all are amazing people and deserve the best! Problem 3a: Locations Along with trainer turnover, you often lose a camp site. If you lose your favorite trainer and camp location, but another location is available within 30 miles, then they tell you that you cannot cancel your membership. CG should note that their 30 mile radius is not feasible in some areas. I don't think any of the corporate people have attempted driving in the Houston area during rush hour which is when most camp times are available. Problem 3b: Concrete Many locations are run on concrete, especially in the Katy area. Since moving here, I have had to deal with plantar fasciitis in addition to knee and hip pain. Luckily, I have a wonderful chiropractor, but that costs more money! Problem 4: The app is almost never up to date After 3 years, I still have difficulty finding the BOLD schedule on the app. The app can be useful to find a camp located near you if needed, but the app can also be frustrating at times. There are often locations listed on the app that are no longer running. Problem 5: Cancelling your membership The only acceptable reasons to cancel your membership are for moving to an area where there is no CG and/or medical reason and you must have a doctor's note... I originally signed up for the 1 year BOLD membership while living in Cary, NC. I loved going to CG that much! The RDU CG is amazing! I stayed with CG RDU for 2 years. After moving to Katy, TX, I decided to sign up for the 24 month BOLD membership. The trainers are great here too! However, here I am a year later and I realize that 24 months is a long time and things can happen. After 8 months of going to CG in Katy, at 5:30am, I could not do it anymore. My job is more demanding now and going to 5:30am camp was not for me. I thought I would try going to evening camps, but that has never worked out. I live in Katy but work in Houston. Also, my kids are older and are becoming more involved in school. Finding time to go to camp has been challenging. I barely get 30 minutes to myself these days! Also, I have been dealing with severe plantar faciitis since December 2018. Working out on concrete is very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we are now going through some financial hardship. After now not going to a camp in 11 months and current financial difficulty, I decided to finally call to cancel. The customer service rep told me that financial hardship is not a valid reason to cancel your BOLD membership. This is disappointing. CG corporate does not care about it's campers. I now see the true colors of CG and I am very disappointed that I have given so much time and money to CG. I suppose you wonder why I am giving 2 stars after noting all of these issues. I went to camp because I loved going and had time to go! I went to camp because I loved my trainers! I went to camp because I felt better about myself after going to camp! However, CG is no longer a good fit for me. read more

This camp is what you make of it. It's nice to have a trainer and other members to keep you accountable. The workouts are usually held outside and sometimes there are no bathrooms available. Using public space to work out sometimes mean dealing with things like undesirable weather, bugs, debris like glass or other garbage. They have mats and weights to use if you haven't gotten your own yet. Cristin is a great motivator with a great sense of humor. It's nice to have her follow up with emails and texts throughout the week to remind you of your goals. She also has the MOST AMAZING lemony, cold and wet towels to cool off with after your workout. She is my favorite thing about the camp. Her workouts are challenging but easily modified for all levels. I learn great exercises that I can do at home when I cant make a camp. With tons of locations and times, its accommodating to changing schedules. read more

Very dissatisfied with this camp. Was never told it was all outdoors on the asphalt. Now I know why they wanted us to bring mats. The mats were filthy and it was dirty. I did not even do one exercise and they refused to refund my money back. No mention of no refunds and again conditions of exercise area. read more

This is the BEST workout ever!!! I have NEVER felt more motivated and dedicated to a workout!! When I wake up in the morning I WANT TO GO WORKOUT!!! I have been going to CG since September 2012 and I don't plan on stopping. I highly recommend joining us!! You will never want to go to the gym AGAIN!! This is definitly as good as it gets!! read more

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, and honestly the work outs had been good, but CG has made no effort to make good with their customers during the pandemic. I continued to pay my membership throughout lockdowns even though only online workouts were available. But then when things start opening back up they offer a online only membership for less than half of what I'd paid through lockdowns. I wasn't able to get a refund, no big deal but I'm going to cancel because they still don't have the time slot i had been going to when i first joined. I called to cancel, but sorry you can only cancel for medical reasons or if you move.(i guess covid isn't medical reason enough) So irritating because i continued to support the business during the pandemic but they couldn't do any favors for me now. It's a shame because the trainers are awesome, but after I'm able to cancel in 2 weeks when I'm ALLOWED to i will never go back and recommend them to nobody because of their poor business ethics. I'm disappointed. read more

Ironically my review was deleted. But please listen. They will not let you cancel get your money back if you were dying. They are the most unempathetic scam and I'm surprised there are not Supreme Court claims yet. No business should be allowed to treat customers this way! read more

** SCAM ALERT *** Camp Gladiator is a scam! signed up for 6 months and they kept billing me automatically past 6 months. When I stopped payments from my credit card and mailed the instructor who signed me up, they hit my credit. For a company that doesn't have a permanent physical location, they take registrations online but require paperwork to be mailed in for cancellations. Fraud is the cornerstone of this business. Stay away from them! read more

I really can only review the Stapleton CG. The pictures they show on Yelp are deceptive. There was a nice field where people worked out in Denver, but that is only one location. The locations I worked-out at where in random fields. These were not places where workouts should be held. They had holes in the fields that were dangerous, and I did see a participant fall and twist her ankle in one of them. She wasn't able to walk and had to be helped to her car. Now you can twist your ankle anywhere, but when you have holes in the ground that you can't see and you ask people to run around in that area, that is just deplorable. Further, the workouts are outside, even in the winter sometimes. Our location was in the hallway of a school. The janitors were trying to clean around us. If the school closed for a holiday, guess what? We were outside, even in the snow. The workouts themselves aren't too bad, but be aware that you are going to have to buy lots of weights and bring sets of weights to the workouts. You use your own weights for exercises ranging from chest presses to fly's. I can't do fly's or super fly's with 40 lb weights (or even 25 lb weights), but I can do chest presses with 40 lb dumbbells. So you have to bring a range, and as you progress, you have to buy more. So just be aware of the added cost. The other problem with the workouts is that they try and focus on games. Our trainer would try to make up complicated games that she would spend 5-10 mins trying to explain. There were times I basically cooled down while she tried to explain the main set, which was a game. Because of all the explanation, I didn't get a good workout. Another problem that goes along with that is the partner work. Lots of the exercises require a partner. But if it's an odd number of people, you are out of luck. Even when I asked the trainer for a modification for the exercises (the whole workout was partner work) she didn't work with me. She focused on newcomers who hadn't signed up yet and ignored me. I left the workout that day, and later she posted a picture of the workout on Facebook and thanked everyone for coming, which I wasn't included in. Which is the last problem I encountered, which was blatant favoritism. The trainer went to brunch with some of the campers, and others she just didn't like and she let you know it. It is hard to quit CG as others have mentioned. If you are injured during the program, which is very possible given the unsafe workout environments they provide, you have to get a doctor's note, fax that in, and fill out forms to quit. Even just cancelling after 12-months is difficult. Also, I signed up with my wife, and she quit to focus on real training, but I was left with a 12-month contract that I never signed up for. So, she signed up initially, and wanted me to come with her. The trainer asked after I tried it out if I wanted to be added on to my wife's account. I said sure, I'd come with my wife, so add me on. First of all, I wasn't added on at first, I was given my own account at full price, not the add-on price, which is 50% cheaper. Once that was fixed I noticed that I was in a 12-month contract at the BOLD level. Basically, our trainer had just set me up with the most expensive plan she could. So when my wife quit, I couldn't and was then paying full price again for the more expensive plan. I know some people like it, and it does vary by location; but be cautious signing up. read more

Camp Gladiator is an incredible encouraging and motivating fitness group. The trainers are amazing and manage to provide workouts where all fitness levels get a great workout. They promote a welcoming community that creates accountability and fun. I love the 4 week schedule, where every week has a different focus. Keeps it from getting boring and definitley builds athletic stamina. I signed up for a free 4 week camp with NO intention of joining and have now been at it for a year with NO intention of quitting in the near future. I was skeptical of having to join for 6 ir 12 months, but now realize that the required commitment motivates me to stay consistent. And it really is a great value if you break it down to price per workout session (I do 5 times per week, which is $2.80 each). read more

this is sadly one of the worst experiences I have had in respect to customer service. our trainer at our location left, her choice. leaving us with no one to teach our classes at the time and location we signed up for. I contacted customer service on Friday to cancel my contract. was told someone would get back to me in 24-48 hrs. Five days later and still no response. I call them on the 6th day and this really unfriendly and poorly trained customer service rep, Kristen, was extremely rude an blamed me for signing a contract that I should have to keep -- even though the trainer from CG left. If there was another location and time that was equal distance and worked then I would have chosen that one, but this is not the case. it is sad I will have to get a lawyer involved to stop them from stealing my money, that is not going toward any service they are offering but feel free to take from me. I trusted this organization to be fair and honest, just as I would have upheld my end of the contract had the trainer and time continued to be offered. I am beyond disappointed in this company and the lack of response and help they are willing to provide. Shame on you CG read more

We were told by the trainer that since she was leaving we could cancel our membership with no penalty's, however when we contacted CG they laughed in our faces and said absolutely not.. after putting our membership on freeze for 3 months (because there were no locations to go to with reasonable times) they then reported $1300 to our credit report without even telling us!!!! These are indeed fraud peoples. Membership plans are a trap with no exit. I begging since months to stop charging my credit card repeatedly as my wife is not able to attend after initial few months and they keep saying they can't until 12 months. People have different issues and there has to be flexibility and understanding enough to help people and inspire to use services instead this is threatening. read more

Camp Gladiator is the best!!! For those that think they "can't do it or they're not ready for something like this please think again! Not only am I an older woman (57) with a severe brain injury but I also thought that Camp Gladiator (solely based on it's name) would NOT be right for me. A friend brought me to work out with her and after one class I realized how wrong my assumptions were! CG has been amazing for me. All the trainers have been so motivating, helpful, nice, and also very professional. The feeling of community when working out with a group of people (men and women of all ages and fitness levels) is awesome. There are so many locations and hours for classes that it would be hard NOT to be able to go to a class. "Better Together" is not only a slogan they live by but it's so true! SD read more

I want to start by saying Camp Gladiator has some amazing trainer who really care about the health and well being of their campers. Unfortunately, I cannot be more disappointed in Camp Gladiator the company. One of the advertised advantages of Camp Gladiator compared to other boot camp style programs is that they offer trainers at multiple dates, times, and locations. When I signed up there were four sessions a week that I could attend with two different trainers. I thought that was well worth the monthly cost of the program, so I signed a one-year contract. Within one month of me signing up my main trainer left Camp Gladiator because as a part-time trainer she was unable to meet all of the requirements Camp Gladiator places on their trainers. It is unfortunate that Camp Gladiator cannot keep very talented trainers on their team. I reached out to customer support and explained that my availability had not changed rather my camp options were limited due to trainer availability. Customer support told me that their cancellation policy does not allow for early cancellation if trainer and/or locations near the camper closed. They do not guarantee camp times and locations will remain available. I was told that camp gladiator is "growing" in my area. I was offered a 2 month freeze on my account, but they would not cancel my contract. At the end of that freeze another camp time was removed from this area. At this time, I am possibly able to make one camp per week, which is not worth the $80 per month. I want to highlight that my work and personal schedule had not changed, these were all Camp Gladiator changes. When I reached out to customer service again to explain the situation I did not hear back from them. Again, I cannot explain my disappointment with this program because I signed up for it after a great introductory period and was very motivated about making a health change in my life. It has been clear to me that Camp Gladiator is a company that is more concerned about profits than the health and well-being of their campers. They work hard to reel you into their program, encourage you to sign up, then as soon as you sign that contract they no longer care about the concerns of their campers. When selling the program to me I believe they were dishonest and deceitful, and not able to deliver the product they sold me. It seems they take advantage of those desperate to make an important health lifestyle change. Their customer service is inadequate to say the least. I want to warn others who are interesting in joining a boot camp style program to think twice about joining Camp Gladiator because they could be "growing" in your area and they cannot guarantee that trainers and locations will remain available to you. read more

I have been with CG for a year and a half now. I attend every M/W/F at 5:30 a.m. When I first started, I was 52 pounds heavier and terribly out of shape. It has completely changed my life. In the beginning, I wasn't as fast or as strong as everybody else there and that was okay, because you push yourself to your own capability. Now, I am fast, I am strong and I feel amazing. This is a full body workout that is never the same from day to day. The workouts are fun, yet challenging. Your membership with CG allows you to attend unlimited times and locations, even in other states! A longer commitment means a lower price. During the spring, summer and fall, camps are outside in Colorado. During the winter months, we're inside. To sum all of this up, check out a Camp Gladiator location near you. You won't be disappointed! read more
