Plain and simple, I cannot afford to take my dog back to Camp Bow Wow any more. In the past year, my dog had been attacked 3 times, costing me over $1,500 in vet bills. Each time there is never any offer for the other dog's owner or Camp Bow Wow to help Pay for the veterinarian bills. They will simply tell you that the other dog involved in the incident was dismissed from camp and comp you a few days of your stay, which doesn't come close to the out of pocket expense I've had to pay in regards to vet bills. The past incident that happened October 7th was deemed as my dogs fault and while he didn't bite any other dog during the scuffle, another dog attacked him causing a pretty bad puncture wound. I received a call from Tammy at Camp Bow Wow stating that my dog had been in an incident and was fine, and that the assistant manager Abby said that it didn't seem like it would require them to take him to the vet (of course it was when they were closing so I'm assuming they just didn't want to take him at that point) I got a call the next morning from a Kim who is a certified vet tech (thank goodness they have someone there that has some knowledge of dogs) and she said that it looked pretty bad and in her opinion they needed to take him to the vet which I agreed for them to do. 10 stitches and a drain had to be put into my dogs belly and cost $700. After the fact they told me that they'd take care of two nights of stay (a total of $84) to compensate me. I can't believe that they wouldn't comp the whole stay as it literally costs them no money to do so. At all costs, please avoid taking your dog here as it's poorly run and customers aren't fairly compensated for incidences that happen to your dog while it's spending time there. Ive attached photos of the last two times my dog has been injured there, both happening in 2016.

    Worn out Wyatt!

Friendly staff. Live webcams. My dog came home happy and pooped. If they were open 7 days a week I would have given 5 stars.

Nana's Pet Sitting did a wonderful job at caring for my four and being quite creative at caring for my foster who was fearful around strangers. All was handled beautifully by Heidi and Linda. In the fall and at Christmas (2019) I was away and had adopted a 5th dog. This 5th dog is a puppy. Heidi came in 4 times a day as I always schedule and cared well for all of my dogs. There were medications to be given plus my dogs must be rotated due to one disliking one of my others. With the 5th it has caused Heidi to need more time which Linda gave her and which I agreed to cover financially! That old saying .. you get what you pay for!! If you want you pets to receive the best care .. call Linda Edwards with Nana's Pet Sitting. What I love about Linda .. she is direct .. no sugar coating. She has your pet's best interest and am so glad she is this way!!

The staff is amazing and really loves the dogs. I have the app where you can watch the dogs via live stream and it's hilarious to tune in and see my dogs' dopey face. Thor had a few weeks last year where I was dropping him off multiple times a week due to being back in the office. I couldn't find him on the cameras, there are a few blind spots, but usually see him a couple times a day. Before I could even ask if something was going on, they pulled me aside when I picked him up and mentioned he was acting a bit anxious and subdued and just not himself. They told me it could be he is just overwhelmed going to daycare more than he is generally used to. After a vet visit (not necessary at all... Lol) and a couple weeks at home he was begging to go back to Daycare. Turns out he really just does get overwhelmed sometimes. Me too buddy! I came in to grab my husky end of last year and the staff member let me know that he was getting a bit overwhelmed again and may need a week or two at home. I loved that they noticed and told me again before I could even inquire. The staff really cares about the dogs and it shows!

Before they start attending on a daily basis, they need to do a meet and greet. It took us about 3 months to finally get an appointment for our pup. This lasts about 15 minutes and is just to make sure your dog would fit in well. They put him in a room and slowly introduced other dogs to see how they did together. They have cameras with TVs on the lobby so I could watch and see exactly what was going on. He passed! So we could start sending him. They have rooms based on the dogs size. My puppy is just under a year old, so he is in the puppy room!! They are priced around the same as other places we have visited and offer a discount per day for the more days you purchase at once. They also offered a discount (I think it was 20%) if I purchased days the same day as his meet and greet. They also sell dogs toys, treats and food in the lobby. My doggy always comes home exhausted, so you know that's a good sign of a great day! The workers are so nice and love on our puppy just as much as we do! They know him by name and are always so excited when we walk up with him, which makes him more excited to go and is a nice personal touch! My favorite things about dogs all day: 1. You don't have to make a reservation. A lot of times we don't decide until the night before or morning of that we need/want to take Norman. Other places where you have to reserve a space for, are typically booked by that point so it's so nice that we don't have to worry about that and can just bring him in. 2. They have cameras that you can access via app (you do have to pay a monthly fee of a couple dollars for the phone app), or for free on their website, or via the TVs in the lobby. It's always fun to access the camera during the day and see how he's doing! 3. They are mostly outside They also do boarding and grooming, but we have never used them for that. Highly recommend dogs all day!!!!!
