We went to Baires Grill in Weston for a friend's birthday. The place is beautiful, upscale but…read morecomfortable, and honestly works for dates, friends, family, all of it. Inside there's this beautiful wall of wine bottles that's a great photo spot. We sat inside because of the heat and it felt really nice. Service was excellent; they seated us right away even though a couple people hadn't arrived. I had an Amaretto Sour that was really good, and the bread with chimichurri and that onion pepper oil was a great touch. For my appetizer, I did both fried and grilled beef empanadas and liked both. My entree, the pappardelle with mushroom ragu, looked great but was way too salty for me. My friend traded plates so I could enjoy the meal, and I ended up with her gnocchi with blue cheese sauce and figs, which I loved. I also tried the skirt steak and the Milanese, delicious dishes. The complimentary flan wasn't my thing, but the dulce de leche crepe with vanilla ice cream was amazing. Overall, I really enjoyed it: great atmosphere, great service, and lots of great dishes. I just wouldn't order that pappardelle with mushroom ragu again.

When the restaurant confirmed our reservation they did ask if we were coming for the game or just dinner. Our reservation was early enough before the restaurant was packed with fans. First - service was very good. The server was super friendly as well the busboy. We started with the octopus. It was amazing! Super tender and the potatoes & sauces were also good. I had the chicken milliard. It was meh. It didn't have a lot of flavor and I wouldn't order again. My husband has picanna. That was AMAZING and I would have that next time we visit. We ended with the classic flan. It was served with warm dulce de leche. It was also very good. We were finished with our meal at the time the restaurant started filling up with team Argentina fans. Getting our check took a bit of time because is the restaurant filled up. We will definitely return on a non-event night.

The place is great, perfect sized restaurant for great service. The food is another level of…read moregreatness. The owners Paulo, Fernando and Stephanie, are ALWAYS on the floor guaranteeing the perfect flow, and the happiness of the customers. To those people that are complaining about the salad bar, that has 30 different options or more, keep in mind that if you want salad the restaurant for you is called Just Salad and its much cheaper too. This place is all about the darn meat and the service. The churrasco masters come to your table NON-STOP. Have you ever been to those chains like Fogo ou Texas, where they come by your table once every 15 mins. WELL THAT IS NOT HOW THEY RUN THIS SHOW, you can barely finish eating the piece you got and there is 2 churrasco masters coming your way, its non stop rodízio. Lastly and the most important the quality of the meat. All other restaurants serve shitty cuts for lunch and prime cuts at night! THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN CARRY SHITTY CUTS! They serve the prime cut all day, everyday! That should be the business you are aiming to spend your hard earned dollar at. Don't be fooled by the chains or other smaller brazilian steakhouses, here in south florida, no one provide the quality and the service that Pampa Gaucho does.

I love this place. The hospitality is out of this world and the food is great every single time…read more They're very consistent A+ plus especially for the servers.

Pretty nice place nestled in a busy Las Olas block filled with many different dining experiences…read more Came here without a reservation and walked in and sat right down at the full service bar. Our server Manny was awesome . As we sat he told us we had 10 min left on happy hour menu and suggested we get to ordering from both drink and food happy hour menu . Nice size menu for happy hour I might say . Large full bar and large selection of wines as well . They even have their own beer here that he let us sample . Very floral with hints of citrus and wheat . Very nice and smooth . We ordered many different smaller dishes so we could share and taste a bit of everything. Food comes out very quickly , hot, nicely displayed and full of flavors . They have a small pickled relish and chimichurri to accompany any dish . Drinks are well poured and they hit the spot . TVs located at the bar if you choose to watch . Atmosphere is lovely with not too much noise from inside or from the Main Street . I will definitely come back again . Manny also said Monday is half off wine bottles . Looking forward to coming back and trying local favorites. Live laugh and enjoy the Argentinian cuisine.

We each had a couple of Bacardi and Sprites which were of decent pours and then perused their special luncheon menu. We both chose to have their skirt steaks with fries. He ordered his well done and I ordered mine rare, but noting my waiter didn't seem to understand, ordered "crudo," the term I always used without any problem in Buenos Aries. When our steaks arrived, mine was well done and his was rare. I merely wanted to change plates, but no, the waiter scooped them up and took them back to the kitchen. Great! then we both ended up with well done , but I must admit, true to Argentinian meats, tough.and chewy. I say that as Argentinian beef is not bred for tenderness or corn feed, unlike USA beef. Then, of course, they don't use blade or hammer tenderizers. Well done, hence flavorless, as well as tough and chewy; to me not eatable. Fortunately the restaurant manger saw and recognized the problem, offered to replace our dishes or allow us to leave without charge. We chose to leave , but they were so professional and nice, I'd be willing to give them another try.
