Our appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and we were instructed to arrive 15 minutes early. We arrived at 3:45 PM as requested, yet we were not seen until 5:00 PM. However, I'm certain that if we had arrived even a few minutes after 4:00 PM, our appointment would have been canceled. To make matters worse, my daughter suffers from allergies. The staff told us they would not see her because of her allergies and requested a doctor's note. I provided the doctor's note, but then they told us it was too late and that they were about to close. After making us wait that long, that response was unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the process. As a parent, I expect professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy -- especially at a children's dental office.
