The office staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is set up so the kids look forward to coming here. They are friendly and efficient; we didn't have to wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes. When it was time for us to go back, we were greeted by Ms. Laura, she was soooo sweet to my daughter. This was my daughters first time at the dentist, and she went above and beyond to make sure that she was comfortable, my daughter took to her immediately. After Ms. Laura was done taking my daughters x-rays we met Ms. Caroline her dentist, and she exceeded my expectations. She was very personable and just as amazing as her staff. You can tell everyone that works here really enjoys what they do. There was not one staff member that walked past me and didn't speak. The office is beautiful​ and so are the staff. Our appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and we were instructed to arrive 15 minutes early. We arrived at 3:45 PM as requested, yet we were not seen until 5:00 PM. However, I'm certain that if we had arrived even a few minutes after 4:00 PM, our appointment would have been canceled. To make matters worse, my daughter suffers from allergies. The staff told us they would not see her because of her allergies and requested a doctor's note. I provided the doctor's note, but then they told us it was too late and that they were about to close. After making us wait that long, that response was unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the process. As a parent, I expect professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy -- especially at a children's dental office. Dr. Lugo is so soft spoken, so caring, so calming to children and totally informs parents about office and home care for the child. My child loves going to Dr. Lugo.
