They are friendly and efficient; we didn't have to wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes. When it was time for us to go back, we were greeted by Ms. Laura, she was soooo sweet to my daughter. This was my daughters first time at the dentist, and she went above and beyond to make sure that she was comfortable, my daughter took to her immediately. After Ms. Laura was done taking my daughters x-rays we met Ms. Caroline her dentist, and she exceeded my expectations. She was very personable and just as amazing as her staff. You can tell everyone that works here really enjoys what they do. There was not one staff member that walked past me and didn't speak. The office is beautiful​ and so are the staff. Dr. Lugo is so soft spoken, so caring, so calming to children and totally informs parents about office and home care for the child. My child loves going to Dr. Lugo. At 12 my son asked Dr. Lugo if he could have an oxygen mask that smelled like oranges like the one that had been used in a procedure when he was three. Dr. Lugo gave him one. He will be one of my child's fondest memories forever I'm sure.

Not impressed at all. I was there for 4 hours to have a tooth pulled. I am on a low income program…read morethat pays only $500. and to pull one tooth she used the whole amount, then I'm told to have the other tooth pulled it was going to cost me $301. but I could make monthly payments into 4 BUT they need the 1st 3 months due at time of service. During all this time (4 hours) she had 2 patients. She doesn't have an office staff. The girl that answers the phone does it all. The girl was giving me a line of BS that I would have to wait 24-48 hours to get prior auth. to have my tooth pulled but I told her it takes a phone call to get it. Too wishy washy there. I've been in the medical field since 1979 so I'm no fool when it comes to getting a procedure done. I called my insurance carrier and complained about what has happened and I can't have 2nd tooth pulled now so I wait for them to go over my complaint and will hear back from them in 24 hours. She did tell me I wouldn't be charged for an office visit when I come back in a month to have my 2nd tooth pulled. I have to wait on my disability check. I would like to see detailed bill on how I was charged but hopefully my insurance carrier will find out. Hopefully they have another dentist that accepts my insurance and I don't have to go back to her. For that amount I can pay a dentist on my own out of pocket. I know a friend of mine only paid $140 total to have one pulled.

Our appointments were confirmed the day before (by Deborah), yet when we arrived we were told we weren't even on the schedule and had to be added. On top of that, our 8:00 AM appointments--the first appointments of the day--weren't even being taken back until around 8:15. They didn't pull ANY patients back until 8:15. Later, as I was signing forms for my son it became clear that the girl with the consents had no idea what procedures my kid was having. Glad I'm an ICU nurse and just so happened to not need her guidance or help knowing wtf was going on. Then, later still, I was getting my kids records from an EXTREMELY nice girl at the front desk while Deborah continued to be a nuisance to the workplace. Someone walked up asking to make a payment on some braces and Deborah was like you're gonna have to go over there. Then the people act "over there" were like "no... We're so sorry but Deborah will be checking you out ". Deborah had made an assumption that the dude was working specifically with one of the other staff. That's fine. Miscommunication happens all the time. However, Deborah then proceeded to gaslight the rest of the staff and state "I'm so sorry they keep throwing you around". She also had a very standoffish attitude and would not acknowledge that any of the staff were speaking to her or communicating with her at all. She requested information for the man checking out in another employee, looked it up and handed it to her and said "here's the information on that patient." she ignored that person and like five minutes later I told the dude who was still standing there waiting... To go sit down until she got the information. The other staff came back out and asked why the man was still waiting and tried to tell Deborah again that the information was sitting right next to her and Deborah continued to ignore her. I even tried to tell Deborah twice myself that the information was there. She was making that person wait for no reason at all. It was also sooooo clear the other staff are EXHAUSED dealing with deborrah's bs. Also. As it turns out. Deborah is the one who does the phone call calls to confirm appointments... Which makes so much sense why my appointment didn't exist when I got here. I've also brought foster kids here in the past whose appointments have been nonexistent. So this is not a new issue for today. I've been to Franklin dental many times. Every single time has been a miserable terrible experience. Today is the day that I actually post a review of the facility because I feel there is something they could do to fix the problem. They need to fire Deborah. Obviously.
