I broke a tooth and went in, and they scheduled me an appointment on Friday January 16th they tried to change my appointment four times very unprofessional. I actually went in on January 15th at 2:30. I ask for the Nitro9us oxide and they gave me that and start getting ready to pull my tooth. The dentist Taylor Powers tried to pull my tooth and could not pull it but tried for over two and half hours before giving up and going to get Dr. Ray to pull my tooth. They had me on straight Nitrous oxide for the whole time and Dr. Ray was able to pull my tooth with no problem. They were supposed to put me on straight oxygen for a few minutes to clear my head and this was definitely not done and I was very lightheaded and kind of woozy from the gas. Never was asked it i was okay. I was given a prescription that was copied from the copier and was not valid. No pharmacy would take it, so I suffered until Monday when they actually called it in to my pharmacy. The unprofessionalism was terrible and I will never return to this office. I was also not given any antibiotics and fear I have an infection.

The dentist had an "emergency". After I was there for an hour. My appointment was for 0930. I signed in at 0902. At 1003, I was told my appointment had been canceled. I replied I would like a $35 credit to my bill. The "office manager" said she would ask corporate because she didn't have the authority to authorize that. I left and the office manager called me 18 minutes later to come back because Dr Ray was back in the office. Upon returning, I was seated in the dental chair when Dr Ray came in YELLING that I was late for my appointment but she would refund the $35. I pointed out I had arrived at 9:02. I also took a pic of my sign in time. Dr Ray proceeds to yell and then says she's releasing me as a patient. She had done a root canal 3 months prior and told me the entire procedure would take 2 weeks. For 3 months, I had an empty tooth, it caused an infection and 2 ER visits. She didn't care. The office manager said Dr Ray had been reminded numerous times to stop saying 2 weeks but continued to do so. The office manager wouldn't give me her last name nor the # to corporate. I will be speaking with the base commander, patient advocate at MACH and reporting her to the board of dentistry. They lost 4 patients today because of their actions towards me. There's no reason for Tricare to authorize them to treat military and hopefully after the hundreds of complaints, Tricare will drop them as a provider for military. * dental cleanings are not thorough * multiple x-rays are taken at every visit, even for a cleaning. * you have to ask for glasses when they work on your teeth * they do not change gloves after touching doorknobs and unsanitary objects * the Dr's do not agree with Dr Ray's treatment plans. She prefers to pull a tooth rather than save it and gives conflict information when you don't want the tooth pulled. * completely unprofessional to attempt to do a medical procedure on someone when she's not in the right state of mind. If you notice, the most recent reviews are not good.

I got a refund after informing the practice that I wasn't informed of this procedure beforehand. Apart from this, Doctor Seri's advice to use my custom-made mouth guard turned out to be very helpful--she kept forgetting that I already had one and was suggesting that they make one for me, but she allowed herself to be corrected when I told her I had one already. I also took offense to some things the hygienist said, even if she was comforting at times and gave me very helpful suggestions for home care. She even told me "you don't have a bad mouth" which relieved my anxieties. All in all, it's an okay clinic but a little big.

I let them convince me that I had neglected my teeth, so I consented to let them do it. The next week, I went in for a filling on Wednesday, which cost me another $195. The filling did not feel right, so I called them on Monday to take a look at it. He sat me in the chair, filled my mouth with instruments, where I was unable to speak, and proceeded to fill the tooth next to that one. He never asked if I wanted to fill that tooth. When he finished, he said he was sorry and I thought I was finished. As I attempted to leave, I was stopped by the receptionist and told I owed another $195 for another filling. I do not feel I was treated fairly, and no one asked my permission. All said, in 2 weeks time, I have spent $1350 there for cleaning and 2 fillings. I told them I felt that they were taking advantage of me, but they were not willing to budge. I will definitely find another dentist.

I know they have a reputation for that so I told her I only wanted partials ONLY. I went home and looked up patients reviews and I canceled immediately that many patients could not be that wrong. The crown temp broke and I returned to have another inexperienced tech replace. During each visit the dentist did not check to make sure the temp crown was placed correctly. This temp crown also broke. When I returned on 12/31 to have the permanent crown replaced the dentist walked in because the tech was unable to remove the temp with an attitude. After instructing the tech who removed the temp the dentist came in took three minutes to glue the crown in place showed me it in a mirror. I expressed that the crown was crooked again I got attitude and she stated "we can return the crown for a new one." At this point I was over frustrated because of the attitude and the lack of care the dentist showed. I chose to not go through the temp crowns and wait. I wished I would have told her to take it out and have it replaced because almost a month later the tooth is tender to the touch. Probably because of poor placement. I had a crown placed on a tooth years ago and I have had no problem. The dentist took his time and made sure the placement was correct and the tooth was a fit. I do not recommend this place. Even though my tooth is sore I do not want to return. Also the only aftercare I received was from the tech who told me not to bite down on anything because I might chip the crown. Oh I forgot the dentist did tell me not to pull floss straight down but to pull it through because the crown was so close to the tooth next to it that it might break or loosen the crown. Any reputable dentist would have automatically sent for a new crown.
