I would like to comment on posts from Michael L. and Mei N. I am the buyer that they are speaking…read moreof and I found Janna to be a complete joy to work with. The community management nor Janna had anything to do with my wife and I not buying their home. It was actually the seller's and their agent that was the problem. The home they are talking about was too large for the lot and it needed to retrofitted to accommodate two mid-size vehicles in the driveway. After the county building dept. had advised me of a solution I then cleared it with the community management. The seller's however refused to allow me and Janna into the home so I could see how the retrofit could be completed. After a number of phone calls and and emails to their agent that were not returned we eventually gave up on buying their home. Janna helped us sell our house on Greenbriar Place and it went smoothly and without a hitch. My wife had Ovarian cancer and it was very important that we move. Janna made that happen with as little stress on my wife as possible and I will be eternally grateful to her for that. Janna helped us find a new home and she made sure that the escrow on the new house closed just one day after the old house closed. This made the transition to the new home seamless. My wife passed away 3 months after we moved and that is why we had no time for unresponsive agents or difficult seller's. Janna was a professional at all times. The seller's agent on our new home told me that Janna was an absolute joy to work with and she hopes to work with her in the future. Janna still contacts me to see how I am doing. She gave my wife a special house warming gift that still hangs in my house today and always will.

I recently purchased my beautiful home in June with the amazing help and guidance of Janna. She was…read moreso helpful and down to business and towards the finish line she really fought for us to close the deal. I was so pleased with her expertise and so glad I found her on yelp!

DO NOT RENT FROM KWI PROPERTIES…read more... This is how they finally after 3 days with no water "fixed the issue. (Our rental house is 5 minutes from there office.) [First day after reporting no water through a maintenance report and text to owner and message left with after hours emergency person; we had to go to there office because we had not heard back from them.] We were told they were working on getting a plumber. Second day we had to go to there office again because we had not heard from them or a plumber. We were told that they were not sending a plumber as they "assumed" it was our underground pipes frozen and we had to just wait until the ground dethaws which could be weeks or months. I called and left message to be put up in a hotel at this point. (They closed early that day due to snow and never responded) Next day The owner responded with a text stating it was our Renters Insurance responsibility to get us a hotel. Later that day another text from owner around 4pm asking me to repond by 4:30pm when they closed and that they had contacted the previous renters and when they experienced this same issue they put a space heater in the pump house and ran it all winter so she needed to know if we wanted them to drop off a space heater and extension cord by 4:30 for us to hook up. And that my fiancé was told this yesterday at the office...which was a LIE! I responded at 4:15 when I finally got out of surgery at work. I told her to have someone come out and hook up the space heater as I was at work and my fiancé was sleeping as he had been out all night working doing snow removal with no hot shower for 3 days now. And to make sure to bring a long extension cord to run around the fence as we have dogs and they will chew the cord. She responded back at 4:31pm stating it was now after hours and we had to wait until the morning for someone to come out, but they would also bring us some bottled water. The next day at 12:15pm (for the first time in 3 days) they finally sent sent some young "maintenance guy" in a little car and he put a space heater in the pump house set on full blast, ran an extension cord through our dog yard (so our dogs can chew it), wrapped some insulation around the well pipe in the dog yard and threw a Home Depot bucket over it (leaving the insulation exposed so our dogs can chew it), and put insulation on only one wall of the pump house. They told us we needed to watch our dogs every time we let them out so they don't chew it. It took 4 hours before we had water. So if they had just come out 3 days ago we could have had water
